Much like bacon it seems like any type of meat tastes better when smoked.
Just had Smoked steak for the first time tonight and my fucking god it was delicious, best steak I ever had by far. It seems like this rule applies to every type of meat out there (or any meat I've eaten before). Steak, hickory smoked chicken, bacon, fish (especially Salmon), pretty much any meat I've ever had tastes better smoked.
