Skip Sheffield Update

Former Nexus star Skip Sheffield, has been out of action due to a broken ankle he suffered in 2010.

Sheffield posted the following on his Twitter account

"Will be having a third surgery this Tuesday and it will be the last. There are a a lot of people who are far worse off and this is all happening for a good reason. I wish I was back right now and doing what I love, but things are not right and they have to be fixed. I will be 100 percent very soon and back on WWE TV and I thank all of you for your support. I have kept my head held high and I cannot thank WWE enough for their support in this time. I have worked too hard too long to just give up and while it has been difficult has only made me a stronger better person so please be patient and I will be back I promise."

Well that's good news.

That's good news i'm excited to see what they do with him since the last time around he was part of the original Nexus. I read a report before that said Vince could see him as the top babyface second to only Cena. Not so sure he's that good yet or ever will be.

So I have been seeing and hearing an awful lot of praise on this guy for awhile now, and I gotta ask... what's the basis for it? Where did he show so much potential. Not bashing him, I actually want to know about the hype. Its intriguing.

I think a lot of these big, muscular guys, right now, are quite stiff in their movement around the ring. They don't move all that well. Guys like Mason Ryan and Big Zeke. Skip is much more athletic, much more explosive. Those guys seem limited in what they can do, physically, while I don't believe Skip has that same problem. He didn't have an opportunity to really show what I believe he's capable of, but his finisher alone shows what an athletic freak he is. I don't believe Mason Ryan could pull it off, without killing someone.

Skip is like Stan Hansen 2010. He will prison rape you and the only thing you can do about it is take it like a bitch.


But that guy is more naive than me if he thinks he will be back soon after yet another surgery.
