Should WWE Have Career Long Feuds?

This has been the case for many superstars... Think Hogan/Flair, Dusty/Flair, Steamboat Flair, Sting/Flair... man not many people like Flair... there really was never a time where they teamed up and worked together. Bret/Shawn, Austin/Rock, Rock/Triple H, Booker T/Steiner...

AJ Styles and Christopher Daneils have been friends/enemies forever over in TNA.

I was hoping Cena/Orton could be very much the same... Barrett though is moving towards a place where everyone hates him and he hates everyone.. it could be a point that he could be the next Flair in terms of never really getting along withy anybody in his career.. he is that damn good!!!

MThe "career long" feud happens all the time, its could be happening right now. It doesn't always have to be a huge personal conflict. It could just be purely competitive. I would go as far to say that cm punk and john cena may have a feud like this started.

I guess Career long fueds has been there since the beginning. I started watching wrestling regularly when Rock and HHH where feuding, and I still cannot imagine them together even today.

But given that Cena's character has to rise above hate, he has to forgive everything, which should explain why he even sort of helped Randy Orton during his feud with Nexus, even when Randy kicked Cena's father.

So, i guess whether two characters can have a career long feud or not, has a lot to do with how their characters are progressing.
