Why isn't the WWE United States Championship considered as a valid title for the Triple Crown or Grand Slam Championship?

Just wondering, because even the Hardcore or European Championship are regarded and Bret Hart is not an official Grand Slam Champion.

Interesting question well my answer is it was first made in WCW and NWA so WWE does not recognize it as a grand slam or triple crown.

Didn't we count in Royal Rumble and KOTR winner as well for a grand slam
or was it only the World Championship, IC, European and Tag-team championships...
