Shinsuke Nakamura vs. Brock Lesnar

They have history, but I don't know that WWE would mention it in a potential match. I'm starting to think Strowman is the one ends up getting the Brock rub to propel one him to the top of the card. In Kayfabe, he's got a more legitimate shot at toppling Brock than anybody.

Also, I tend to think Brock re-signs when this current deal is up. That rub may not happen for a few years yet.

Wrong Wrestlemania? We don't even know if Brock will be here at next Wrestlemania, and it's quite obvious everyone is referring to this Wrestlemania...dummy. It's still friggin 6 months away!

He has a contract.

I've never seen Nakamura wrestle but from what I do remember seeing of him in pictures he isn't the most physically imposing guy is he?

Doesn't Brock renew his contract after every Wrestlemania, so there's zero guarantee he returns next year for Mania.

Since when do wrestlers have to be physically imposing in order to face other large wrestlers? Didn't HBK have five star matches with Undertaker and Diesel? Didn't Cm Punk do the same with Undertaker (and Nash too although the match wasn't as good because Nash was older...that's besides the point tho) and Brock himself at Wrestlemania & SummerSlam?? The list goes on and on...

Nak is like the Japanese version of HBK...and with his charisma, style, and history with Brock (not to mention the crowd behind him), that would be a huge money maker to capitalize on at this years Mania...which again is 6 months away.

Like I said I've barely seen the guy so I'm going off memory.

No he doesn't he signed till 33.

The way Lesnar has been built up it going to have to be someone who matches up to him physically to make me believe they are going to win.

Um...Mania 33 is this one coming up dude. So that means this is his last one that's guaranteed if that's the case.

And that last point you made..."it's going to have to be someone who matches up to him physically for ME to believe"...well that says it all...you're not the only fan on earth bro, and unfortunately, your logic is flawed. They've had people of his size go up against him and lose, i.e. The Undertaker, Roman Reigns, Big Show, The World's Strongest Man, etc. He dismantled Cena like it was nothing and he's superman for fuq's sake. He tossed Braun Stroman around like a rag doll at the Rumble too. And it's likely that Goldberg is going to be next (no pun intended).

Maybe, just maybe, they can try something different this time around and maybe have him outsmarted by someone like Nak who could be Daniel Bryan-esque and fight off the energy of the crowd and rise above Lesnar the way DB did at Mania 30 when he overcame all of Evolution/Authority in multiple matches including a practical handicap main event for the title.

Use your imagination and think outside the box bro. Oh and maybe try watching some of his matches before responding with "you don't believe he could believably beat Lesnar" again...it's one of those, "don't knock it til you try it" things. Go watch.

Source? Even if that's the case, that's not my point I'm making to you. The other things you haven't acknowledged in my post are.

Still, 6 months is not enough. WWE works by fan demand. You can't position a certain wrestler to get a certain push just because. If there is no fan demand for this guy, you can't push him. That's why I said one year.

And you said how do we even know he's going to be here and 6 months so I told you.

Never said I was I'm just saying what it would take to make it believable.

Remember when he came up against Punk? No one believed he would win.

Remember when they were rumours of a Daniel Bryan match?

People were screwing about it saying it's not believable.

At least when he faces someone the same size they get some form of offence in.

And like I said to you it's based off his size (from what I remember) that makes me believe he wouldn't win.

Punk put up a better fight than anyone not named Triple H, and in fact had Lesnar pinned for the three before Heyman broke up the pin.

Some physicists theorise that wrestling and real fights are different things, and this might be why CM Punk got mauled by an absolute nobody when he tried MMA.

Wtf? Do you live under a rock? You sound like someone who is new to the IWC...look around. There's one hell of a demand for Nak. What kinda weed you smoke kid? Must be one hell of a mind fuck.

No...I said how do we know that Brock will be here at Mania 34 dude (not this year @ 33)...that was loud n clear.

Anyways, you're wrong. Hate to break it to you, but it seems like you need to go back and check the history of pro wrestling because it's not always big guys vs big guys. Smh, unbelievable.

You clearly did say 33. It's right there.

I didn't say I don't believe in David vs Goliath. I said it would be hard for me to believe someone small could take down Lesnar after the run the guy has been on.

For arguments sake I'm going to watch some Nakamura.

They might as well let Owens be the one to take down Lesnar. He can use it the same why Jericho uses his Undisputed Tiltle win.

Iwhats going to be funny is how pissed everyone gets when the person they want doesn't beat Lesnar. It will be just like what happened with the Streak.

Don't be surprised if Goldberg wins at Survivor Series.

We have a bussiness genious here. Look at the people filling WWE arenas. It's definately not the IWC.

Then, what's the problem with a nice long title chase? You just want to debut Nakamura now and hand him the keys of the company in 6 months? The guy can't even talk English properly yet. He even said himself that he's still learning.

So stop being so unreasonable. Either go back to your cave or listen to logic.

Small dudes vs Big dudes are always spectacles.

It seems like many people think wrestling is some kind of sport, when it's just a fairy tale, told in live-action in front of live-crowds.

Seriously...are you ******ed or somethin??? Bro, how tha fuq am I going to say that Nak should Wrestle Brock at THIS Mania (33), but then say that I don't think Brock would even be there? I WAS REFERRING TO BROCK NOT BEING THERE AT MANIA 34 FOR NAK TO WRESTLE HIM! Omfg dude! Stop smoking weed before posting. Damn! Or maybe just stop butting into other people's convo's when you clearly don't have a fuq'ing clue as to what they're talking about.

Wow! Another idiot. Hmm...I'm looking at the people filling NXT arenas, and how they react AND the IWC. I'll listen to logic when I hear it, but you're crazy if you think it's coming from you lol. Nobody is handing him the keys to the company? Do you realize how long 6 months is? You also are acting as tho this guy is as friggin green as grass. He's been wrestling for years and is HUGE worldwide. Not being able to speak English perfectly isn't stopping him...the dude is just fine and is capable of holding convos in Jericho's podcast and promos in NXT...soooo I think he'll be fine.

Stop acting as tho Brock needs to face a big name like the Rock or Taker only...there aren't any even left anyway besides maybe Joe. Dude faced Reigns and Ambrose the last two years and those matches were shit, and so were the build ups. Nak tho... yea, that's money.

I don't think you understand the wrestling business very well.

FYI, Brock signed a 3 year deal right around Wrestlemania 31. Source? He announced it on fucking Sportscenter. I don't know if the exact end date on the contract is the day after WM34 but as he debuted the night after Mania 28, it's gotta be right around there somewhere.

Wow! Another idiot. Hmm...I'm looking at the people filling NXT arenas, and how they react AND the IWC.

Why would you do that though? The NXT audience is a very small sample size of the WWE's total audience. And things that get over in NXT don't exactly have the best track record on the main roster. Also, NXT doesn't fill many arenas.
