Sean O'Haire in Evolution?

This doesn't come from the best of sources (or even a decent one!), but I was going through a few Youtube videos of Sean O'Haire in the WWE, and I read a comment that said he was originally supposed to be the enforcer before Batista got the gig. Is this true?

I always wondered where O'Haire & Jindrak disappeared to! I thought both of those guys showed alot of promise. Then all of a sudden they were gone- never to be heard from again. & didnt they have a 3rd in thier group? Another bigger guy that was young? Im drawing a blank ritenow.

I dont know anything about him being groomed for Evolution before Batista got the gig. But I definately wouldnt of minded that. I've never been a big fan of Batistas work. But I do think O'Haire & Jindrak were pretty good on the mic to go along with decent ring work.

Its kinda suprising niether of them are in the WWE. They both seem to be VKMs kinda guys. Big monsterous type of guys. Hmmm...I wonder

I don't know about this. Wasn't O'Haire with Roddy Piper during this time? And wasn't he injured some how? Also, I think O'Haire was released in 2004, and Evolution was peaking around that time. Besides, even if this is true, I doubt O'Haire would've been a major upgrade over Batista.

He was with Roddy Piper with his Devil's Advocate gimmick, but after a few matches he was on velocity for most of his contract. The injury was a motorbike accident that had him out for a year I think. As for him being an upgrade over Batista or not, I'd say yes. He had a larger amount of experience over Batista, some hardcore fans (to this day actually) and could go to the top rope rather well.

Chuck Palumbo?
Shawn Stasiak?
Mike Sanders?
Reno?
John Stamboli?

Kevin Nash was a Thriller for a minute, too.

Also, I've always been a mark for O'Haire, but I don't think he would have been a good fit for Evolution. That Stable was always about doing what was best for Hunter, and Sean never really gelled with that theory. He was more a "do what's best for the whole, not the singular" kind of guy.

Jindrak & that former member of The Flock were supposed to be members.

Edit: Scott Vick, that's his name.
