So I got to thinking about this angle when I was out walking tonight and I started to realize how absurd it was. Let's think about this.

Jericho "hacked" the signal of Raw to get his SAVE US stuff in there right? How would he do that? He either had to be in the control room to do it where there are tons of people or had to hack into it somehow, or pay off someone to do it for him. Since you would likely be able to see where the video came from, I'd doubt a person he hired would be able to get away with it. In other words, Jericho is either really good on a computer and can hack WWE's system or is a master at sneaking into a control room undetected.

Or he signed a new deal and the company decided to throw a little sizzle and mystique on his return.

That happens in kayfabe, right? I mean if they wanna semi-shoot with us on occasion, we can assume this makes sense.
