Getting Noticed By Management
Today on youtube I saw a clip, of where Konaan (Current TNA star/Former WCW/WWE star) shooted on what he thinks about the WWE pushing talent to the Main Event level. He stated that RVD/Rey/ and Booker T were all Main Event stars and WWE won't ever give them a solid push because they didn't see them as true WWE stars. The Interview was conducted way before these guys eventual pushes that are happening now. It was on the 101 reasons not to be a pro wrestler which was released not to long ago. I just found it strange that these guys didn't see the limelight until around the time this DVD was released, Is it a Coincidence? Do you think this actually effected these superstars? Did a WWE exec see the video, and was afraid of this hitting the public eye and making WWE look like jerk-offs? I do find it a little funny that no former WCW/ECW wrestler that came in after the buy-outs of both shows never really recieved a good push until recently other then those made by WWE (I.E. Hogan, Flair, former nWo members etc). What's everyone elses take on this?
