I'm going with the Hardys, Lashley, Batista (unfortunately), Cena, and some crazy ending with Orton and Edge to end the Rumble. This will set up the 3-way dance for the title at Mania that has been reported by the Wrestleing Observer

I think you're right, except for the Hardy's/MnM. The Rumble is usually used to let the current champs get a convincing title defense to give them momentum going into 'Mania. As for the Rumble match itself, i agree with you about some bizarre ending involving Edge and Orton, with both going out at the same time or something like that
