Do you know what happens to Jack Bauer when he gets hit by lightning?

Same thing that happens to everything else.

Bauer may be tough, but he's a human, meaning a homo-superior isn't going to have much trouble taking him out. That leaves Spidey one on two against Mr. Incredible and Storm, and a tornado is going to make it pretty hard for Spidey to shoot straight.
