EDWARD ROONEY

Edward Rooney, the psychotic Dean of Students at a Chicago high school will stop at nothing to prove Ferris Bueller is truant, which he contends jeopardizes his ability to effectively govern the student body. Rooney tries to break into the Bueller home, but he is attacked by the family's dog and Ferris' sister.

GENERAL ZOD

General Zod is an arrogant, pompous aristocrat, bored with his incredible powers and disappointed with the ease of overtaking Earth. You may find him laughing while using an Armalite AR-10 to shoot soldiers in the White House.

Rooney is an icon. Maybe not to the level of Khan but any teen that's seen Ferris Beuler's Day Off has a special place of hatred in their heart for Rooney. I'd even argue that This movie hit a broader audience than Star Trek, which is very niche in my opinion.
