Sonic the Hedgehog most definitely, I used to play this game all the time when I was a little kid... good times. The game was very easy to play... I know I was like 7 and I was able to play it without much difficultly. It was addicting, even for a hyperactive little kid like me and my friends and was able to keep us in place for long periods of time. I remember some of the boss battles being quite frustrating, but you'd expect that in just about any game.

My vote goes to Sonic

Sonic for sure. It was one of the first games I ever played as a kid and it's one of my favorites of all times. There were a ton of levels, the game seemed to go on forever. I rememer having a lot of trouble getting past lava in particular.

Leisure Suit Larry is right on the edge of porn, and was most likely only played by curious young boys or pervs.

Sonic is clearly the better game and should get your vote here.

One of the greatest, most iconic games/franchises of all time vs wank material for massive nerds - no offence meant - but it's clear who the winenr should be - influence on gaming, popular appeal, gameplay - pretty much everything - even the graphics stand up today for Sonic in terms of 2D side scrolling games - squash match.

Leisure Suit Larry was fun for like 15 minutes. That was it. Maybe I would have voted for it if it wasn't up against one of the most iconic games in the history of the business.

Sonic is everything that you want out of a platformer, and a game just in general. Simple premise, engaging and lovable characters, and fun gameplay with fluid controls. You can't knock the Hog, and he gets me vote here.

Leisure Suit Larry is an awesome game made by the one of the greatest computer game companies of all time. I like Sonic, but Leisure Suit Larry was much more challenging, and was pretty damn funny to boot. And, seriously, don't get mad and call this a game for perverts just because you couldn't get past Lefty's Bar. My vote's for Leisure Suit Larry. I would probably have a tougher time choosing if Leisure Suit Larry was up against Sonic CD, but, this is the first Sonic, and it was nothing more than an all right game.
