RIP Chris Stevens Ambassador of Peace??

PRMETFAN

Occasional Pre-Show
This week the US Ambassador of Libya was killed in a attack on the US embassy in Libya that happened while protests were being held over a youtube video that insults Muhammed.

Chris Stevens has been referred to as the most important man on the ground that helped overthrow Khaddafi. This means he helped instigate a rebellion in Libya that has killed over 30,000 people how can he be called an Ambassador of Peace if he did this?

His death is said was caused by protests and rioting caused by a youtube video that insults Muhammed. An that Al-qaeda killed him. This is misinformation and propaganda he was probably killed by Khaddafi loyalists in revenge for Khaddafi being killed and US participation in the rebellion and they used the protest as a diversion for the attack.

He was not killed because of a youtube video or because of the people protesting it but was killed as a consequence of US foreign policy and his own participation in helping overthrow Khaddadi.

Personally i feel insulted at how Cnn and the media lies to us and gives us simplistic viewpoint of things that happen in the world that is sometimes opposite of reality and how the world really works. Does anyone else have this viewpoint?

It's Gaddafi and you're right, he was killed by Islamist rebels who have a hatred for US foreign policy. But don't try and paint this is anything other than the acts of extremists. Gaddafi needed to fall, the people of Libya (for the most part) wanted rid of him and he had options to just leave. He didn't, civil war broke out and he lost. Gaddafi was behind some attacks on the UK a few decades ago, so the only surprise to me is that he was left in charge so long.
