Right, so I'm offering something new this round. One of the post KC complaints we got was lack of accountability, or the equivalent of that. People wanted to see our votes, basically. That won't necessarily be happening - it won't necessarily not be happening - but I'm going to start something here that I like to call "Executive Feedback". This will be offered on a limited basis to the people that want it. What's going to happen is this - I'll tell you whether or not I voted for you in your match, and exactly why I did or did not, along with general critique of your piece.

I'm going to start this on a limited basis to the first three people to ask here for it. I'd like you to quote this post if you ask for it, just so I get a notification when you do so. Depending on how this goes, how much demand there is, and so on, I'll probably offer this again next round on a first come, first serve basis, but shutting out the people that got it this round, unless there's nobody else that wants it. So the gist of it is you won't be able to get this more frequently than every other round, or possibly less frequently than that, depending on demand, since I want everyone who wants this to get a fair shot at it, since I think it's a unique form of feedback, as creative doesn't often offer it.

That's all, then - go ahead and let me know if you want it this round, and I'll get to it over the weekend.
