Report: Top Diva Engaged?

Since early this morning, there's been a rumor circulating about that AJ Lee and CM Punk are engaged to be married. An update on the rumor from F4WOnline.com states that Punk & AJ are engaged and that AJ will be moving to Chicago soon.

Take it for what it's worth but, if legit, then MAYBE lends some weight to the theory that Punk's come to a point of transition in his life. Some of Punk's beliefs are controversial, or are at least outside the norm for society. For instance, I've read reports in years past alleging that Punk's an atheist who doesn't believe in marriage, considering it it an outdated social construct. Whether or not he genuinely holds or held those beliefs is up for debate as Punk, allegedly, enjoys making statements to intentionally spark confrontation. Punk's definitely had his share of girlfriends over the years as he's been involved with Shannon Spruill, AKA Daffney, Traci Brooks, Maria Kanellis, an on again/off again relationship with Lita beginning in 2009, Beth Phoenix from late 2011 through early 2013, then started back up with Lita for a few months and now he's been involved with AJ since late last year. Plus, who knows how many ring rats he's gotten it on with over the years. At 35 years of age, MAYBE Punk's priorities and beliefs in life have changed. He's been wrestling since he was in his very early 20s, he's been all over the world, maybe he's genuinely burned out on it, wants something different in life and no longer has to worry about money. If he's genuinely worth $7.5 million and if it's also true that he doesn't just run through money like it's nothing, then he can live very comfortably for the rest of his life.

I think this time off has changed Punk for the better. He was one the guys I never thought would settle down with a wife after all the tail he's gotten over the years. Maybe AJ has changed him as well or maybe she was lucky to be at the right place at the right time. The bigger question is what does this do for AJ's career? Does she get buried because she is possibly marrying the guy who walked out on them and pretty much everybody despises?

If you don't care about it then why are you posting? If you have nothing constructively to contribute to this thread, then keep quiet. Your post is more irrelevant than mine, in fact, do even know what irrelevant means?

You don't have to know the guy personally to know that it's no secret how many women he's nailed throughout the years, CM Punk and marriage kinda don't mix like oil and water, but if it truly is legit, then all the best for them they seem like a perfect match.

This is their personal life, not business. But for what it's worth, congrats to them both. After all the female wrestler's CM Punk has gone throw he wants to wife up with AJ Lee? I can't see how. AJ is in her early 20's but still acts like she's 18. While Punk himself is in his mid to late 30's. I still don't know why CM Punk broke up with Lita for that matter so I was late on the whole relationship between CM Punk & AJ Lee. I just hope both of these parties know what their getting into.

Because marriage is a whole different ball game.

AJ is in her early 20's but still acts like she's 18. While Punk himself is in his mid to late 30's. I still don't know why CM Punk broke up with Lita for that matter so I was late on the whole relationship between CM Punk & AJ Lee. I just hope both of these parties know what their getting into.

Ya, they've been dating for a while now. Who knows, maybe Punk was having an affair with AJ while still in a relationship with Lita. Regardless, it's their personal life and they are two people who are very private with the personal lives. I agree and hope these two do understand what they are jumping into.

If it's their personal life, AJ could choose to take the ring off for the 5 minutes she's out in the ring and nobody would be talking about it. I would think that'd be a pretty standard safety thing anyway. I just don't get on the bandwagon that celebrities need to be pitied for their lack of privacy in general. If you want privacy go work in a warehouse and make 8 dollars like most of everyone else. You want the millions that come with stardom, deal with the attention you get inside and outside of your job. Not gonna cry for you.

Maybe this will end up being some stupid April Fool's thing.

If it's true, good for them I guess. Sick of seeing good things happen to bad people, but life isn't fair I guess. If AJ is at all crazy like the character she portrays (the whole backstage Beadle incident seems like she might have a few screws loose) it sounds like two crazy people who maybe deserve each other. Can't say I wouldn't get a laugh out of it if it eventually deteriorates and we start hearing about them splitting up.

She's 27, he's 35. And the only thing you know about how she acts is the way her on screen character acts, fool. I'd love to hear your logic on why Punk and Lita shouldn't have broken up, though. Is it because she's closer to his age, like that's all that matters? Or is it because her character was more mature, apparently that's important too.

Seriously though, congrats to them, if it's true. But considering it was, what, six months ago that everybody thought Lita was pregnant with Punk's baby...I think I'll wait for a little more confirmation.

Well if it is true, and from everything I've read around web it is, then I'd like to extend a huge congratulations to both of them. I'm a bug fan of both of them, so its kinda cool too here they might be getting married. I'm happy for them, but on the other hand I am very jealous of CM Punk, cause now I won't be able to go one a date with AJ Lee. Sense of course i totally had a chance that happening before they got engaged. What? Okay fine. I'll be honest. I had no chance in hell.
