Reading

Steamboat Ricky

WZCW's Living Legend
Yesterday, I read about half of The Screwtape Letters by C.S. Lewis...also I have at my disposal Boys will be Boys and the Bret Hart autobio.

Reading is FUNdamental.

Bret Hart's autobio is awesome, but ironically so. You find out how much of mark he is for himself, and it thus serves as a cautionary tale for wrestlers today. The moral of Hart's story: wrestling is, first and foremost, a business; don't delude yourself into thinking it owes you anything.

I have recently got back into reading and have been reading 20th century literary classics. I haven't got much on the go at the moment. The next wrestling book I want to read is Bret Hart's autobiograhy, but I'm not sure if it's out this side of the Atlantic yet.

I originally thought this thread was going to be about Reading (red-ding) for some reason, to which I was going to write

"Reading is a satellite town, with a shit football team and is just generally quite boring."

At which point everyone would have scratched their heads.

If you already know about the screwjob, then you already know Bret Hart's story. If you don't know about Stu Hart's family, then the first half of the book is very informative.

I'd like to get the Bret Hart book as soon as possible. I read every night before bed. Right now i'm reading Cheating Death Stealing Life. Very good book in my opinion and I like it very much so far.
