Ralph Ziggler This Years WFT!! Draft Push

Y 2 Jake

Slightly Autistic
Last year it was Kendrick, the year before it was...that guy.

He beat MVP this week on Smackdown. I don't know why WWE insist on jobbing out wrestlers when they're just moving brand. I guess the writers think they're moving promotions.

With Ziggler beating him you'd assume it's for a reason, discuss.

Edit: RALPH? My bad.

I can see DOLPH Ziggler getting a big push on Smackdown you know. He has the charism and the wrestling skills in my opinion. Having him beat MVP last night was WWE's way of saying that this guy is gonna go somewhere. I hope he does. I like him.

As for the future, I don't reallt know who I could see him feud with, maybe Mysterio for the IC title.

It's definitely possible. No one would have dreamed a memeber of a job tag team would be provisional world champions or whatever the name was when he picked up a pinfall in the scramble. He may have gone back to jobber since, but he gained a terrific push. There is no reason why "Ralph" cannot get the same push. He seemed decent is his singles match with Batista, but like many others got lost on Raw.

'Taker, Jericho and Edge aside, anyone can step up and prove themselves on Smackdown this next year. If given the chance, Dolph has the ability to get himself over. He is annoying as fuck which Vickie Guerrero has shown is the best way to get heel heat. An early feud with Rey over the IC title would be a start.

Ralph'll get a nice little push much like 'Kufi' did after getting drafted to Raw i imagine but it will probably be short lived. SD is the better show for pushing the new guys, but i can't see how they can give this guy a lengthy push if his character doesn't evolve any further than shaking hands and introducing himself.

I was shocked when he won. No clue where they'll be going with it. I assume, though, that he's simply taking Kendrick's spot, as they've probably given up on him due to his pot addiction and bad attitude. They probably figured Nemeth would be more deserving of that push, so they switch him with Kendrick and use TBK as one of the jobbers on Raw from now on, with only a slightly better record than Santino, though not getting nearly as much air time as him. Frankly, I'd have rather seen Kendrick move to ECW to have some good matches with Bourne, or actually, just to tag up Kendrick/Ziggler as that could work, but it seems like they're going for a singles run with Ziggler instead. Even though I think he has potential, I just don't see it going all too well. I think at best, he'll probably make some splashes for the next month or so, get into a feud with an R-Truth, and then become a jobber again.

Seriously, who is Ralph Ziggler? Are we all talking about Dolph Ziggler that really plain guy with beach blonde hair? Anyhow I think Dolph has some potential, but with a name like that it will be tough. Nonetheless he impressed me as well with his match with Batista. Kudos to MVP for the job to Ziggler. He needs some more depth to his character, as he is just to plain for me character wise. His wrestling skills are solid, and I think he should keep his job just based on that. Because it is still "wrestling".

They just had to make Dolph Ziggler look competitive, like a legit undercard threat, by beating M.V.P. Ziggler, maybe, is being set-up for an early IC title feud with Rey, which Rey gets the better of, and then they throw Rey into a huge feud with Morrison (who is also being built up), who he finally loses the title to.

As happy as I always am to see MVP take a loss, this one baffled me. I don't see anything in Ziggler except another cookie cutter developmental guy. I hope he sets himself out from the pack in the near future before any of us can make an informed call.

I like the amn's ability in the ring, but I think his gimmick needs a little more to it. Perhaps pairing him up with Ortiz. Possibly make Ortiz his towel boy, and his muscle. Hell, Ortiz isn't anything special this will pass time until he learns how to wrestle. Maybe develop a relationship between these two men in which Ziggler is labeling himself the greatest wrestler that ever live, or atleast has Ortiz convinced of it. Ortiz says he is going to learn from Ziggler until then he will watch his back for all the nay sayers.

Ziggler had a bodyguard back in FCW. This could be the same thing. In the meantime both of these stars could undergo a new look, and attitude. Maybe every time he introduces himself to someon they listen now that Ortiz is with him. Ziggler needs to spice things up little, and add some intensity along with a splash of attitude, and a bit of arrogance. The same can be said of Ortiz. So what if he is playing side man for a while, who cares? He isn't making any kind of splash right now anyhow.

I don't mean to sound crazy, but Ziggler has a bit of a "Flair" to him. The blonde hair, the mannerisms, and build. Something tells me that he is going to have a long tenure in the WWE.
