R.I.P. Larry Sweeney

Alex Whybrow, AKA "Sweet and Sour" Larry Sweeney has passed away. Sweeney was an excellent wrestler, manager, and worker in the independents, most famously known for his wrestling in Chikara and managerial skills in Ring of Honor. Rest in peace man... you will be missed.

I just read this myself. He was only 29. A report I read said he had been diagnosed with bipolar disorder in recent years and unconfirmed reports say it was suicide. It sucks being a wrestling fan sometimes.

What the fuck man, seriously? That's a damn shame. He was young too. Great manager. I really hope it wasn't suicide like Thriller said, that would be terrible news.

Wow... what a waste of talent. I always thought the guy had potential to eventually become the next Bobby 'The Brain' Heenan. He was that damn good.

I knew he had his demons, so this isn't that shocking to hear, but it's still very sad regardless. RIP.
