Simple question, and far as serious is in the Bar Room.. I'm being serious to the point of wanting honest answers.

What do you respect when it comes to the posters on this forum? Assuming you give respect to the people who post, why do you do it?

Use examples if you can. Pick people whom you really respect. Explain why you respect them.

I respect posters who try to keep discussion fresh. New threads get me revved up.

I also like intelligent posters who think before they type.

I h8 posterz who type in text message and talk like 6 year olds.

well to be honest i respect everyone, you just have to keep it.

there's only two things that piss me off:

1. the text talk
2. discussions that turn into argument's

I respect posters that put in an effort in places outside of the bar. The e-fed would be a good example for me. The people on staff put in a lot of effort. I don't respect people who go out of their way to attack people.

All in all, I respect anyone at first. As far as forum members go. I really give a decent amount of respect to those that try to give quality posts.

If I were to bring up examples of what annoys me, I'd have to say too many people are giving people "respect" just because of what they look like. And that isn't just a shot at Becca, unfortunately it's been happening for NorCal lately too.

The fact is, personally, to me both of those individuals are tremendous wrestling posters. But lately a lot of people can't see beyond the fucking picture thread.

A lot of other individuals go unnoticed, for all the effort and work they put into their posts. When someone else comes along, says the same thing.. and because they're "popular" they get the praise for basically repeating what's already been said by someone that still gets ignored.

I think respect of a poster should be given to the people who post. I don't care where, it can even be in the bar room if it's meaningful.. Spawn has said a lot of stuff, believe it or not, that's filled with points. Same with Papa Shango. And I barely see either in the wrestling sections.

Ricky works his ass off in the e-fed, along with several others. Murfish is more than likely our top writer, because he's ALWAYS willing to go above and beyond to help the e-fed, and deserves a lot of credit for it.

Sly might be a prick to everyone else, but the guy is only doing what he does best. I respect him for his opinions.

I respect people's opinions, but not really the people themselves since I dont really no the people here. I respect Shocky/Sly/IC since they all have intelligent posts and can make good discussions. I respect ED, for how nice she is. I respect Klunder for his undying love for Punk even if its not "cool", so basically I respect anybody who doesn't conform or go with the flow.

I respect many posters who write meaningful posts. Mainly outside the Bar Room is where I notice the great talents of: Will, Becca, Shocky, IC25, Slyfox and many more.

The cat I saved was beaten by a racist, rapist, who had maturity issues and possibly broken the law several times (other than the above stated issues) and took it all out on the cat.. who's Parent's could've passed away in a fire.
