Quick Touch-Up

Anyone feel like helping me out for a second here? I'd like for the Black Flag picture in my signature to be a bit more clear I guess would be the word I'm looking for. More glossy, you know? Like the sigs that ED and Love Struck come up with. Not looking for any changes/creations or anything, just glossy-ing up the picture a bit so it looks clearer.

Any help appreciated, I don't usually mess with picture editing so I have no idea what kind of program I would use to achieve this.

I could make it look a ton cleaner with Photoshop. I have a Clean Filter and a Denoise Filter which will do wonders. Lemme know if you want it done man.
