Question about old Turner Home Video's (WCW VHS's)

Hey guys,

I've heard that some of the old WCW VHS's were only 2 hours in length, and that some of them had a few matches that were cut out.

I was just wondering if anyone knows how long they did this for? Was this only for the earlier PPV's, let's say pre-1994?

I've been looking for old WCW tapes, but I don't know if the THV releases are worth picking up if they cut out a good portion of the PPV.

Anyways, if anyone has any info on this it would be greatly appreciated.

Yeah this was something Turner Home Video did regularly up until about 1991 I believe. Really annoying for a modern fan who's used to seeing uncut PPVs, but that was the norm back then.

You can find the live PPV versions on the internet though, they're all floating around somewhere.
