Praise WWE's 2012!! The best you saw....

There have good points this year, firstly, The Rock Vs Cena. The match drew so much media attention that it was nothing but positive for the WWE. The match itself wasn't a classic but the fact that it was two huge megastars going head to head for the first time made it into one. For me, I was totally enthralled in this match and wanted the Rock to win (not because I hate Cena, but I am a huge mark for the Rock).

The return of Brock Lesnar was another huge highlight for me. I watched plenty of Brock Lesnar in 2002-04 and to see him return like that was amazing. I don't follow Twitter or read any spoilers so I had no idea he was returning until the fans starting chanting his name during Cena's promo. His feud with Triple H wasn't that memorable for me, purely because the build up was so stretched and for weeks it wasn't even mentioned but regardless of that, Brock Lesnar was still a highlight for me.

Daniel Bryan's emergence and breaking into that Upper midcard was another highlight for me. He's a phenomenal wrestler and gets the respect he deserves from the IWC. When his popularity blew up at WM, it really set him up for the rest of the year, from feuding with Sheamus, the Punk and his program with Kane, he has become an integral part of the WWE and things can only get better for him in 2013. Surely, he'll break into the main event and get his moment with the WWE title. That would definitely be a feel good moment.

Other bright moments include Damien Sandow (everything about him), RAW 1000, Paul Heyman returning, Triple H Vs Undertaker, CM Punk's title reign and the matches it has induced, really brought up the credibility of the title. There's probably more, I just can't think of any.

2012 both had good sides and bad sides.Let's see both of them.
The Good:-
Team Hell No:-After two real bad feuds with Cena and Orton, this made Kane's masked return mean something. And Daniel Bryan proved that why he is truly the best in the world. His comic timing and the Yes/No duels with kane are great.During anger management,i only watched Raw for this two.
Rebirth of Big Show:- This was the booking that needed to happen way early in Show's career. He was never booked to be the Giant that he is.He always lost.No body believed he could win anything big.But now he is the baddest guy in the Roster.
Raw 1000:Do I need to say anything? If every show was booked as this one,WWE would've been unstoppable.
Honourable Mentions
Rebirth of Tag Team Divison
Great Commentary:JR,JBL,Micheal Cole
CM Punk Heel Turn
AJ Lee
The new bloods:Cesaro,The Sheild
The Miz Face turn
PPVs:Extreme Rules,Wrestlemania,Survivor Series
The Bad:-
Johm Cena everywhere:No i don't hate him.He is the face of the company. But sometimes you need to book him below the Main Event.Booking him in the main event of OTL was plain bad.
Brock Lesnar:WHO?
Alberto Del Rio:The biggest flop of the year two years in a Row.His feud with shemaus sucked the life out of the title reign of Shemaus. He is just that boring.
The Booking:Except a few occassions, the booking in the WWE was plain out bad throughout the year.Embrace the hate,AJ scandal,Rouge Referee,John vs John are only big examples.
Hotshotting Ryback in to the ME:Like it or Hate it,Ryback was WWE's version of Goldberg with a catchphrase.Goldberg was 74-0 before he won the WCW US title.Ryback faced Punk for the WWE title after winning what 20-25 matches.Even worse he lost, not once but twice. It did kill his momentum.Bad booking.
Honourable Mention
The Return of Chris Jericho
Three Hours of Raw
Poor Ratings for all shows
CM Punk feuding with Lawler
PPVs:OTL,NWO,MITB,Summerslam,HIAC,Royal Rumble,Elimanation Chamber
The Debuts/Redebuts:Brodus Clay,Tensai,Wade Barett

Contrary to what many of you think, I think this year has been one of the best years in WWE history! We saw so many good things, and there's still around 2 weeks to go.

The biggest moment of the year for me was CM Punk's heel turn. Just absolutely huge and unexpected. This is a great example of what WWE should be doing.

A huge moment as well, although not really an "in-ring" moment, was the way Michael Cole handed the King situation. Michael Cole earned my respect.

This year also showed the building of many future stars.
-The breakout superstar of the year in my opinion has to be Daniel Bryan. He went from being this "nerd" character who wasn't going to go anywhere (although from the beginning I had him becoming a mega-star) to becoming World Heavyweight Champion to getting kicked in the teeth by Sheamus in 23 seconds to "YES YES YES!" to "NO NO NO"! to numerous WWE Championship matches that were nothing short of amazing to the tag team division with Kane. Just so much versatility was shown by Daniel Bryan.
-Another huge breakout star was Dolph Ziggler. Incredible year by him. He holds the Smackdown MitB. His character has finally evolved into a top heel IMO.
-Other big breakout stars: Damien Sandow, Antonio Cesaro, Ryback.

These are the top 3 things, and there were many more positives. Can't wait to see 2013.

I've gotta say that the meteoric rise of my main man D-Bry has been a highlight of 2012!
I was skeptical about him teaming up with Kane at first but I think it has ended up being a great success!!

Wrestlemania was also one of the best for some time, especially Taker vs Trips!

And the debut of the Shield was pretty awesome to ... real intriguing stuff, the E could go anywhere with these guys and I cant wait to see what they do!

I will also give a mention to Ziggler getting a main event, PPV win over Cena at TLC. A good feud for Ziggler to get his teeth into. As well as keeping Cena out of the title picture for the time being.

I like Ryback too!

All in all a decent year for WWE - bring on 2013!
