*Potential* big stars that never really clicked with others...

[Hard Hit Prince]

It's a simple question - who are the guys that you once rooted for and thought him/her would be big stars (in said company) and for some reason or another they just flopped and left you with a bad taste?

I'll have to say that I have a big list for this one going from Mr. Perfect to Drew McIntyre, but I want the most unusual guys that you saw potential - someone like Heidenreich or Vladimir Kozlov and try and explain why you liked said character. It doesn't need to be WWE, it could be TNA, WCW or even NJPW/ROH.

The most recent guy on my list is probably Drew McIntyre. The guy had the right look and it wasn't hard to imagine him being a world champion, but well, others didn't care for him and he got a Tifanny treatment.

 

[Spidey Revivey]

Sean O'haire. He had an exceptional gimmick, great look, and quite a bit of ability. But from what I gather he didn't get along well with others backstage and was a stickler for breaking the law.

Damn shame I think. Ever catch his vignettes on Youtube? Awesome heel stuff right there.

 

[Dan Severn's Moustache]

Paul Burchill, as my current avatar would suggest. He was exceptional in the ring, and decent on the mic. He also had the IT factor, at least to me. He had all the qualities to be an excellent upper mid-carder at the very least.
