You cut your fingernails too short, and use some god damn facial wash before you shave and a soothing lotion afterwards to kill that razor burn damage. You too can be dashing dirty.

I bite my fingernails to short lmfao, and my face has allways been like that it sucks ass its so sensitive. That was the day after I shaved you should see me the day of. I've gave up on trying to get it to go away.

I know, my skin is that sensitive too. Make sure you're using a good fresh blade (not reusing the same disposable for weeks on end!), and pick up some lotions. Also, check how you are shaving; never go against the hair.
As for biting your nails, stop it. The damage that does lasts a long long time because it damages not only the actual nail plate, but also the growth matrix under your skin which affects how the nail grows.

A little bit beneath the bottom of you visible nails is the growth matrix. If it's damaged via biting your nails, or injury/disease, it changes how your nail grows, causing them to be brittle, frail, soft, thin, or crooked. Ideally you want a little bit of white/grey growth area at the tip of each nail.
They don't have to be fancy. You want a facial cleanser for pre shave, shaving cream, and optional soothing lotion for after the shave. Look for products marked "for sensitive skin" or for "razor burn protection". As for razors, I'm still trying to find cheapo blades that don't suck. I usually buy a jumbo box of Gillette disposables from Costco, but if that's the case be sure to use fresh ones every other day at most. The irritation and the "burn" you get is from infection to open pores and ingrown hairs, and old dirty or rusting razors don't help any. Also, don't hurry your shaving, as that will increase the likelihood of damage.
