There's no such thing. He was born with the beard.

True story. Not really, I'm pretty sure there are some beardless picture of me floating around this place.

Theo... stop. Just stop it.

Stop what?

Drinking? I will for awhile.

Being so darn handsome? Not sure I can control that.

Posting picture? Coming from the guy with the most posts here ;). I gotta catch ya somehow.

I get that I look just like Cody Rhodes ALL the freaking time.

Pretty sure I haven't posted a picture on here in atleast a year or two, so why not.

Had a family softball game and I went all Ultimate Warrior with some eye black. This is post sweat, hence the chips and missing chunks. As one my residents told me, I look insane.

My internship at a Jacksonville sports talk radio station is pretty awesome. I got to meet David Garrard this past week. Please excuse my redness. The Jaguars defense wasn't the only thing to get burned at the game on Sunday.

I accidentally took this picture, and then liked it so much I ran it through Instagram and made it annoyingly hipsterific. You know...because I live in Portland and shit now... I was at the ocean, which by the way, is really gorgeous on the Oregon coast. I was in Delaware this summer and went to the coast and it was pretty dern boring...

I'm not entirely sure. I'd say it was eating less now than I did in college, but even people who starve themselves might struggle to lose 75 pounds in a year and a half when staying on a similar diet. A typical day for me foodwise is a hot pocket or a pizza slice for lunch, fast food for dinner (can't afford much else on minimum wage) and desert being candy or ice cream. I deviate from that on pay day when I'll go to Subway for a footlong with extra meat and extra cheese, and/or on date night when I take my wife out to nicer places once every week or so. Roughly the same meals I had in college and before.

The weight loss did not start until after the wife and I started dating. We have both been under a ton of stress and marriage comes with its own form of stress relief ;) although only so much of the weight loss could be contributed to exercise or stress relief. I got a blood test and a CT Scan last fall but neither showed any signs of anything serious. So who knows really.

Dude, you have got to lay off the meth pipe.
