Money for nothin, chicks for free
Right now, not including Network specials, there's approximately 24 PPV's a year. That's pretty jammed with monthly shows and its barely enough time to build any story to give the shows any meaning. Compared to when they had 6-8 PPV's only.
I can't see why both Raw and SD with this split can't share PPV's every 1 and a 1/2 months with good builds towards each PPV show. Let a little anticipation build up for once
.
Here would be my PPV schedule...
April - Wrestlemania
Late May- Clash of the Champions
July - Summerslam
September- The Survivor Series: Raw vs Smackdown
Late October- Halloween Havoc
December- The Royal Rumble
Late January- Wrestle War: (Including The Elimination Chamber Match)
There. 7 PPV's that be built towards. Notice the nice two month long gap to build Wrestlemania with.
Edit: I picked 7. Sue me.
