Yesterday I got a call from Wal-Mart looking to set up a job interview for monday. I said monday was fine because at my current job I haven't worked on mondays for a month and a half. The schedule came out today and I work tommorrow. I say to myself, ok I'll just switch with a co-worker. I call said co-worker and she said it was fine. I asked the owner/boss if it was ok and she said no. her reason, she didn't feel like making a 30 second phone call to confirm it. Yeah People suck

TDigs is right. Give proper notice, and whether they like it or not they are ties to giving you a good review unless you've done something stupid like getting caught stealing or some shit.
