Part Time Jobs

Well, I just got accepted into my very first part time job today. I'm wrapped, to say the least. It should be a good experience, not to mention getting an income is always nice. I've got nothing else better to do in the holidays.

If you've had one before, what was your very first part time job? Did you enjoy it?

The money is worth it. It's awesome being able to buy all the stuff you want.

Word of advice though - try to save a little each month.

I'm only working in the holidays. For various reasons. But I'll most likely save most of it.

What's Argos again? I'm Australian so I have no idea.

Well spend some to enjoy yourself, otherwise you'll have no motivation.

Argos is basically a shop, except you pick your items out of a catalogue and everything is stocked at the back. You buy it then wait 'till someone gets it for you.

It pretty much has everything.

Thanks. What exactly do you do there? And I'm working at Book Agencies. Its where I basically stock all the stationary for the kids at school, like all their exercise books and pencils and stuff like that.

I worked at Chucky Cheese my Senior Year in high school.

Worst fucking job ever. I worked in the game room where EVERY SINGLE DAY people try their hardest to con you out of fucking coins, and not a minute goes by where someone comes up bitching about a game being broke.

The absolute worst part though was having to get in that fucking hot ass mouse costume. Not only was it hot as hell, but every day there were kids that I just wanted to fucking strangle because of their horseshit.

And then, all my bosses and co-workers were either gay, or ghetto black chicks. Not saying that to be homophobic or racist, but they truly were.

Whatever you do, never work at Chucky Cheese.
