Well, whenever my grandma would babysit me, I had to sit through just about everything from doo-wop to Elvis to Dolly Parton. Naturally, this song became a part of my youth.

The Original:

While the original will always be the best version of this song, I have to give Barry Manilow and Reba McEntire credit. They're both extremely talented, and did the song great justice, but it's just not the same.

Yeah, I agree NSL.

I think that the cover is a pretty decent attempt at the song and I think that they have done a halfway decent cover there. However the original is one of my favourite old songs and nothing will ever really come close to it. The original is one of those performances that people will always find it hard to much, although many will try. I definitely think that the original is best here.
