I take it you've heard of the phrase "innocent until proven guilty". Also, the paper doesn't know what sentence she'll be given if proven guilty. That's up to the judge.

Innocent until proven guilty? Didn't she videotape herself committing the deed (whatever it was, I really don't want or need to know although my guess is that Angel is probably correct in his guess), and then e-mail it to witnesses? Not much question of guilt here. Becca got it right, there's no punishment here that could be too severe.

Well it is only a charge. She is accused of videotaping herself and such. Not saying it's likely but it is possible that it's not her.

This is sick. I have a 10 month old daughter and I couldn't imagine doing anything of the nature to her, I can't imagine how any parent could. The woman has to have something mentally wrong with her, cause no one does this shit in their right mind.
