Yeah, I still can't get any of the "On Demand" stuff to work consistently. I've tried it on the laptop, the tablet, the PS3, and my PC, and none of them seem to work; though I've had more luck with the PC today than anything else.
I hope they fix this soon, or just make the entire first month free. If they don't fix it by the "week trial" for most people I can see things getting really ugly, especially if some of those people forget to cancel it before they're charged and they haven't been able to use the service.
The live feed works perfectly, though there was some issue with the pre-show last night stalling at times. I'm sure they will work the kinks out, I just hope it's in a timely manner.
To the people who are calling the tech support and waiting all that time: You're just pissing yourselves off. If you call a tech support line for something like this and expect anything more than bullshit answers then you're setting yourself up for the fall. It's not just you, it's everybody that's experiencing this. Your first clue should have been you're waiting an hour to talk to somebody; that means there's hundreds if not thousands calling. And they're reading to you verbatim from a piece of paper in front of them giving you an answer you don't want to hear. Be patient.
