Oddities 2.0?

Is it just me or is WWE creating a new version of the Oddities? Santino, Koslov, Goldust, and Khali are not your average group of people. Goldust didn't even get in the ring last night that I saw.

The Oddities were a group of likable characters that WWE didn't know what to do with, but were too over to do nothing with. That appears to be the area that Goldust, Koslov, Khali, and Santino are falling into right now.

What are your thoughts on this?

Ha! Do it! This would be a funny jobber stable and I think everyone would like to see it. These 4 really aren't going to do much of anything on their own, so put them all together and see what happens. Good point.

I remember the oddities. I was thinking that when Kurgen... I mean Khali turned on Regal at the end of the match and everybody start dancing. I was like WTF... Work Time Fun... is this the new Oddities??? Where the hell is Earthquake???

I like this idea in a way because they are all just a comedy act anyways. It would be interesting and even throw Hornswoggle with them. Chauncy Talon - Just in case you did not know Earthquake passed away.

I never thought of that, but yeah I could see that being a pretty cool idea. Strange guys dancing is always funny to see, and if they can come up with a catchy theme song for the group, and give the "faction"- (if you can call it that)- a name then they may as well do it. At least it gets the guys on TV, and who knows, if it works, maybe a short tag team title reign could work for them???

The only reason I wouldn't mind seeing this is because they have nothing better to do with these guys at the moment anyway. I mean if it fails, what have we lost?

wheren't the Oddities ICP's WCW group name? I think u mean the Oddites.

I found the whole santino bunch segment to be pretty funny in general hopefully they keep going in this direction.

I have a sneaky feeling this is EXACTLY what WWE is up to. Sad really seeing as every one of these guys (well...maybe not Khali) is capable of finding a niche in at least the midcard, maybe upper midcard. This also means that talents like William Regal (one of the only REAL technical wrestlers on the roster)and Zack Ryder/Primo/Yoshi (young, potential-loaded guys) get to look stupid right along with Santino/Vladimir/Goldust/Khali.

I'm personally not a fan of these comedy skits. Look at all the time wasted on them. This is time that could be used to get these younger guys some airtime on a major show and veterans like Goldust a chance to prove they still got it.
