While I'm not all that excited about this, it should be a decent undercard match. Not every match can be a spectacle of greatness after all.
When Samson jacks up the intensity and comes off more like some unbalanced crazy, it adds a new dimension, a positive one for me at least, to the lame gimmick of a wandering street musician. Fans aren't as down on him as they once were, they're not going buck wild over him, but they're not longer raining pure hate down on him, so maybe he's growing on them.
As Norcal pointed out, while NXT is fun, fresh and having a very positive impact on WWE as a whole, it's important to accept that NXT fans' opinions aren't necessarily the end all, be all of what's quality and what isn't.
