In an attempt to stop internet rumors, the Commissioner has posted a memo on NSCW.wz:
Zachary C. Kidd said:Ladies and gentlemen, it has come to my attention that some very important backstage information has leaked to the internet. I'm here to address these reports.
Yes, NSCW has signed Scotty 2 Hotty and Annie Social to contract. Scotty 2 Hotty will be wrestling primarily in dark matches to get his feet wet, and then will be moved to the live show. Annie Social has prior commitments this week, but she will in the building, and in action for next week's THROWDOWN.
As far as job openings, I regret to admit that yes, there has been some changes made. The Pip, the ring announcer you have all grown to love, has come down with a terrible case of emphysema, and is forced to retire. We have promoted former in-ring interviewer, Erin Copeland, to the position of ring announcer.
As for the other opening. Mikey Whipwreck e-mailed me earlier today, and said that Gunnz has run into some issues with his work visa, and has to return home to straighten things out. Mikey made it clear that he is not leaving, and would like to find a suitable replacement for that position.
So it is my pleasure, to let you, the fans, know that we have filled that position. Mr. X, former hardcore icon across Eastern Europe has agreed to become Mikey Whipwreck's manager. In order to give them time to get acquainted, we have left Mikey and Mr. X off of this week's show, but they will be on screen next week.
There is still one opening though. We are in need of an in-ring interviewer. Post your applications right here on NSCW.wz, and myself and my father will be sure to check every one. After reviewing all applications, we will make our decision.
Until then, enjoy the show!
