I'm not sure but I could see this going either way. Norcal left on good terms and he certainly has the credentials. He wasn't leaving for the sake of leaving but rather because of real life. I could see either side on this so i'll vote later.

I agree with this.

We're already getting Lariat and D-Man a section. Let's wait at least a few weeks before giving Norcal a mod spot. Obviously, he was never removed and was still doing a great job, and real life required him away, but I think the best move would be to wait just a while.

If NorCal's coming back full-time, I'd have no problem letting him even have his G-Mod position back. He was always one of the better mods. I do, however, agree with this:

I spoke with him earlier anyway, and he needs to get his time zones right and his life in order. For his sake we should wait, because he should be able to relax and enjoy being a poster again.
