Name me something more abysmal than this years Diva battle royal

All things considered the diva battle royal probably was the worst thing at any mania. Counting Kid Rock it took way too much time. I wish they did this as the dark match and kept the tag title match on the main show. I was at Mania and watched it on tv and I still don't know all the people involved in the match. I think some people were already eliminated before Lillian finished explaining the rules. Just shows where WWE's priorities are. This gets like 15 to 20 minutes while the tag title match is thrown in a dark match and the IC match gets about 20 seconds. Doesn't make much sense.

One thing that might come close to being as bad is the hardcore battle royal from Mania 16. Why did 15 low-midcarders get 15 minutes for this crapfest? To make it even worse the wrong guy won in a horrible botched finish.

The Fact is i was annoyed that the tag match got bumped for a stupid kid rock concert, why please tell me why they couldnt of had him do two songs and give the four great workers the time to shine ,secondly the diva battle royale was terrible and santino being in it made him and the divas look like even more of a joke, yes it wasn't as terrible as some of the matches ive seen in the WWE but it was bad for everyone who even competed, I dont care if there models, i dont care if they cant wrestle but the wwe should at least show them some damn respect!!!, you get them on mania give them the spotlight and do this to them?, it sucks ass

It was bad , kid rock was kind of out place i don't hate kid rock but the fans were dead it was pointless to have him perform. Then i was dispionted that sunny, and torrie where the only old divas that where in it. Plus not to be a dick but sunny did not look good from what i good tell. But I would have to say i it is not my least fav of all time at WM. the boring undertaker vs big bossman hell in cell match was just bad, brock lesnar vs Bill goldberg was really bad.

Even though I'd hoped the battle royal would be better than it was, I still didn't expect much out of it. My expectations for HHH/Orton were in the stratosphere, and they came crashing down to earth by the end of the show.

1) As some one stated earlier this would have been an ample time to push a new diva as top, a win in that battle royal could have ment title shots for The Diva or Womens belt, with many story lines to split off into.
2) Where the HELL was Luna? As a hardcore juggalo I used to love The Oddities, one of my favorite factions ever.
3) Mickie needs to go back to her crazy bitch routine.
4) To all those who knock TNA and or Women's wrestling; I'll put it this way, Awesome Kong could take out half the WWE's locker room.

They had been building up a rivalry with Melina and Maryse and they couldn't have had a match with them? Maybe a match to unify the women's titles since the Diva's belt is a joke. At least the match would have meant something.

brock lesnar vs Bill goldberg was really bad.

Hmmm...I can't believe that I am agreeing with Jordan, but yeah, Goldberg/Lesnar was worse. See, I went into this WM with zero expectations of the diva battle royal...actually no, I expected it to suck. Maybe not quite as bad as it did, but suck nonetheless. I expected Goldberg/Lesnar to be off the charts though, and the only chart it topped was the suckitude chart. Hell, we all know Goldberg can't wrestle worth a damn, but all those two really had to do was beat on each other for a few minutes and it would have blown the roof off. Instead, we got what? Five, maybe six offensive moves, and fifteen minutes of staring at each other? So yeah, that to me is the all time worst match at a mania ever.

At least underneath all the awesomely hot boob covered botched spots the diva battle royal could still be considered a wrestling match('s ******ed cousin). The brawl for all was a boring ongoing tournament featuring mainly boring mid carders who boringly boxed eachother for far too many matches while the crowd shit allover it. A 20 minute clusterfuck featuring too many hot chicks to count seems like heaven by comparison.

I actually happen to like Kid Rock, and if you ever go to one of his shows you'll see he's a true musician and plays things you would have never thought he'd play. BUT...that concert was terrible. If they really wanted to do that it should have been a pre-show or something.

Now with that said...the divas battle royal probably was the WORST MATCH IN THE HISTORY OF WRESTLING for a few reasons.

First off, womens wrestling is very very VERY rarely even average. Usually it's utterly terrible, especially when you try to turn models into wrestlers. I'll be the first to saw that on an individuals level some divas are improving and there are plenty of decent womens wrestlers, but let's be honest, it's never going to be a top draw and for good reason.

Secondly, as many people said there were tons of names missing, but you have to expect that since you probably wouldn't be able to get everyone you want.

Third, it seemed really rushed. While I was watching it it seemed to go on a decent time, but it felt like they just wanted to get it over with.

Fourth, the introduction thing. The ONLY part I was interested in was seeing old divas entrances, especially Sunny, seeing as how the Attitude era and slightly before was my generation. Like others said in the thread, you didn't even know they were in the match until they were announced as being eliminated.

Terrible.
