Sly posted it in another thread. Something like... 1 point of rep power for every 1000 reputation, 1 for every year you've been here, and 1 for every 100 posts, or 1000 posts or whatever it was. I don't remember off the top of my head. And then I think there was a bonus for being a mod or admin.
