Stephen was one of my closest friends who died two years ago when he fell from a balcony in Bellfast.

So awesome knowing his heart just saved another life.

Man, thats so awesome. To think he saved someones life and that person will get to live hopefully a long and healthy life, and he owes it all to Stephen.

If there is a heaven up there, Stephan I'm sure is smiling knowing his heart is being put to good use.
