Well guys. I will be honest with you I did not use any paint effect. This is my favorite picture of Biggie Smalls. If you go to Google and type in Biggie Smalls or Notorious B.I.G. a picture of him will come up and its like a really neat painting or whatever. All I did was add the black and white around it and the border/text. But it is my favorite Biggie pic of all time.
