I'd think you'd want to rid yourself of Halladay TM. You guys aren't going to be winning anything anytime soon, if I were you I'd be begging the Jays to trade him. He'd net some serious prospects. Grade A stuff. You guys need to rebuild, desperately.
As former VP... please noWith Freedom here, we can restart the SFAC!
As former VP... please no
Who are you i believe is the question
You probably had your eyes closed for the first couple months of the season.
Halladay is the face of the organization. He is what draws fans in. Walk around any major city in Canada, and you will see people wearing blue jays shirts, and there is always one name written on that back. Halladay. Look at game day numbers comparing Halladay starts to any other of the Blue Jays starters, and you will notice that people come to see Doc pitch.
The man will always be an All Star when he is healthy for 5-7 more years. With Halladays abilities, and veteran presence, Blue Jays will be able to grow their own talent.
Losing Halladay is like losing your team's soul. Halladay on a healthy team without some of the lowly hitters that are there, equipped with their fresh talent like Lind, and backed up with an amazing bull pen is a play off contending team.
As two time VP, shut up your face.
I think you made the contradiction there when you said they had no chance and then talked about Tampa Bay. The team with a pay roll that was less than A-Rods dinner expenses. If Tampa Bay can win in the AL East, so can the Blue Jays.
Probably about the time you mentioned we needed to get big hitters and pitchers to compete.
I might actually care if anyone gave a shit about you UP. Why do you feel the need to post in a place full of people who hate you?
Don't be jealous because I'm rockin' the Buscemi and your rockin' a dead junkie.
