I'm neat.
Alberto Del Rio is the best constant thing on Smackdown. His face turn has gone absolutely perfect and overall he is on a role. So then what am I actually going to be talking about with Del Rio? What he needs to do to continue his tremendous face turn. Who he should face in the future. And plans for the very over Ricardo Rodriguez.
Ill start talking about what he needs to do to continue his face turn. Alberto needs to continue being generous towards everyone, and he needs to watch what he says. I was watching Aftermath with Arda Ocal and they brought up an interesting point. Alberto Del Rio referred to himself as rich and said he was helping the poor like Ricardo. Now, at first this struck me as insignificant until I realized that Alberto Del Rio is basically reinforcing that he is still this ridiculously wealthy guy, which is more of a heelish thing. Instead, Albertos word choice could be different in that he could say something like Ive changed my ways now helping those less fortunate like Ricardo. There is no need to remind us that he is rich. Secodnly, Alberto should continue to give out free stuff to the audience members. His scarf was a good touch, but if you want to really add to this development have him give out a car, even if it is to someone who is a plant. Dont have him do this every week but every once and a while and he will be so over.
Secondly, Alberto has a lot of ability and should only be fighting those who also have a lot of ability. And yes I think Big Show has a lot of ability. Keep Del Rio fighting guys like Ziggler, Orton, Sheamus, Kingston, Jericho, Cesaro, and hell look great. It is agreeable that both the IWC and the fans in the crowd will love good matches. Have him continue to win whilst having good matches and this is an easy means of getting him elevated in the WWE.
Now as for Ricardo Rodgriguez. There is a very easy way of getting Del Rio over whilst also building Ricardo. As you may or may not know Ricardo is a capable wrestler. If anyone wants to see his stuff I can send you a link. Now what you do with him and Alberto would be almost like Joseph Park but different. Have a tag team or two wresters start picking on Del Rio, and somehow a handicap match may be set up. The following week have him say that Ricardo will be his tag partner. Building up to the match show segments (could be comedic) of Alberto training Ricardo. At the match, have Ricardo put on a good showing, and have them from then on, on occasion team up and wrestler. It be killing two birds with one stone.
