Okay so...

I watched NXT yesterday on Youtube for the first time since the season finale of Season 4 NXT. I noticed Lucky Cannon adapted a new heelish gimmick basically being called Mr.StealYourGirl and wearing a Ric Flair like robe.

I remember seeing Lucky Cannon on NXT season 2 he was a nice good 'ol boy. You could tell he was just nice and now he is this crazy heel. Oh yeah and he was elimnated yesterday as well.

So what I'm just currently wondering is...

What do you think of the gimmick?
1) Does he suit a heel or face.

2) Do you think he's "Ric Flair" number 2?

3) Do you think it is really good?

4) Or really annoying?

Lucky Cannon worked out better on TV as a face, at least that's what I saw on NXT. As I don't live in Tampa, I can't actually judge how well the character was coming across on FCW, but I think he's more natural as a face.

2) Do you think he's "Ric Flair" number 2?
Two words: Fuck No.

3) Do you think it is really good?
He has potential, but the gimmick that he was using sucks. It's not right for him.

4) Or really annoying?
Yes.

I haven't seen the most recent season of NXT, but this dude just sucked outloud on season 2. He had zero charisma and zero in-ring skills. Seriously, all I remember is him doing a bunch of clotheslines, and then getting someone in a rest hold. He's got a good look, and he's tall, but that's about it. I would never pay a cent to see this guy wrestle, heel or face.

He was just one guy when watching NXT that really bugged me. I mean really bugged me. The gimmick was so....crappy and unmarketable. The "Mr. Delishe' aka Steal Your Girl" nickname sounded........it was lame :suspic:

Not to mention he had zero charisma to boot as mentioned; and his program during this season, had it not been for Maryse, was boring beyond belief.

/rant. :p
