Most effective heel in Wrestling today?

During WM27, one of our lot literally exploded in rage when Vicky Guerrero came out. I LOL'd at his response and commented, that I thought she was obviously doing a good job at being a heel, if she could garner such a response.
Similarly, I've heard threads about Michael Cole, but I honestly think he's putting in some of his best work in the Cole Mine.
However, one Heel Persona, I literally despise, is Eric Bischoff (sorry, I watch Impact). Unlike the traditional heel characters, who I usually root for, I honestly cannot recall ever appreciating his persona. His interactions with the XDiv guys this week really got my back up (just thinking about it now makes my skin crawl).

I would have done a poll, but don't think it fair to pigeon hole.

I imagine the vast majority here are Smarks, so its a little more difficult to get under our skins, but are there any HEELS in wrestling today that do?

Who do I hate? Like, really hate? No kayfabe?

Michael Cole. I absolutely hate the guy, so do most fans, and I think that's what turned him into a heel. Any live show I've ever attended, with Michael Cole entering the arena, has turned into a heat-fest. And I'm talking long, long before his heel turn.

I think it's a combination of him sucking as a play-by-play guy, and fans not wanting to let go of Jim Ross. Either way, his heat was real for a long time, and now, they're just embracing it.
