on wrestlezone.com it says that brown has verbally quit tna, mabye he will got to wwe, what does everyone think of this?

I don't know.

I like Brown...while I don't think he is Heavyweight Champion calibur I think he is a solid worker and a great addition to TNA or WWE.

I Think him quiting is a contract negotiation ploy. He wants more money. I personally don't think TNA need him. TNA should just release him or not renew his contract.

NOW WWE could use him in some capacity. Smackdown always needs new talent.

It will be interesting if WWE fans who are conditioned to hate TNA accept Brown. Or how they use him. Brown is just the type of wrestler Vince likes. Big and charasmatic.

i never thought he was that good, but he was one of the bigger names on tna, i don't think him leaving will be a big hurt, but i think brown really helped tna

i say that if he does quit and joins WWE that WWE uses him in the same way all the ex-WWE guys are used in TNA...brought on to bitch about how they were under-used in their previous federation. After all, that's all the ex-WWE now-TNA guys do anyway.

I think Monty Brown isnt one of TNA's greatest wrestler..IMO he has bad mic skills and doesnt deserve more money if thats the case..And i bet you all the TNA haters will say Monty is good when hes in WWE but when hes in TNA he sux....

I can see why brown woundnt want to stay with TNA. He isnt that good but how many times did he get #1 cont. matches? If he did go to WWE i hope he goes to smackdown. It would be good to see brown vs lashley. They r both very similar.

i think monty should go to the wwe.... form a tag team with king booker.... booker changes back to booker t... reform Harlem Heat.... that'll spice up the tag div.

For one, I am glad that he is gone since I think he is annoying on the mic and overdoes it a lot. I also hate the way he wrestles. He has no wrestling talent at all. On the other hand, I realize that a lot of fans of TNA like watching him and that may hurt TNA a little short term. I won't miss him though. But hey, he's perfect for WWE. A guy with big muscles but no skill who cares more about things outside of wrestling than actually wrestling itself.

I agree,

Brown is not going to make or break TNA! His character basically did not fit in.

I think he has a great gimmick, but he would do much better in WWE because it is more his calibur.

I don't know. I kind of like him in TNA he can put on some entertaining matches, well good enough with not alot of wrestling ability. The match with im Joe and Rhyno at hard justice was crazy. He's a hardcore dude.

Monty may not b the best wrestler or even have great mic skills but TNA doesnt focus on mic skills as much as WWE does. So if he goes to WWE he wouldnt be used right because they would just make him job for alot of wrestlers who he should prob beat. Not saying he should be champ or anything but I like him and I htink with some wrestling training he could be better then he is.

Quick question, if Monty Brown quit TNA before Hard Justice, I can understand why he did the pay-per-view, but why did he fight in the impact tapings the night after? Does anyone know?

A wrestler like Monty is on a yearly contract but is still paid per appearence. So his contract was up but got paid what he usually got to work that show. As to why he was on the tapings, the report said he was in a brawl. So either that makes no sense or the reporter was wrong
