Miz Vs Morrison

Pre-Show Stalwart
Since splitting up, both have received very high mid-card, and a little bit of Main-Event level fame. From Morrison fighting the likes of Chris Jericho, teaming up with CM Punk, slowly becoming a very good face. While Miz is becoming the hated heel that all of us from the IWC love, standing up to not only John Cena, but also the Big Slow.

What exactly what I really wanna do with this thread is... Compare their...

Present accomplishments and how over they are as both face and heel compared to each other.

Future miles in the company, will they become a Edge-Christian like foe, will they fight very soon, are they saving it up for a worthy pay per view, and who in your mind is going to have a better future in the company as a superstar.

Good post sir, very interesting idea miz vs. morrison, but im not sure if wwe plan to go down that road anytime soon. So far, I think Miz is fast on his way to becoming the best heel on Raw, an old fashioned kind of heel that we love to hate, but also love to watch. His mic work is probably the best in the business right now (alongside Jericho), and the way he has been gunning for the top dogs on RAW have really put him on the map. Give him 6 to 12 months and a decent wardrobe change, and we could see Miz vs. anyone for the WWE Championship, and the match would be awesome.
Morrison on the other hand seems content to let the wrestling do the talking, and with his acrobatic and athletic skills this is a good move by him as his matches are generally the best on SD (it does help he is in a feud with the great Shelton Benjamin, a feud that is excellent to watch but since there is no belt around either mans waist, a feud that is going nowhere).
Morrison needs to have a standout performance at a PPV soon, in a 1 on 1 match with someone like Jericho or Edge, to really launch him into the main event level.
Miz vs. Morrison may happen much later on down the road, maybe when they are both drafted to the same show again, but for now I think it is best for both of them to just do their own thing and see where it takes them.
Personally I hope that if a feud between them does occur, Morrison is heel and Miz is face, as I think the arrogant MNM style heel that was Johnny Nitro was a better match to Morrisons look and in-ring presence, whereas I and hopefully many WWE fans out there cant wait to start cheering the hell out of Miz if he starts to take the wrestling skills of his character to the same level as his mic skills.

WELL AS FAR AS WHO HAS THE BETTER FUTURE IT IS MORRISON. THIS GUY HAS WAY MORE TALENT AND OVERALL TO OFFER. HE IS ATHLETIC CAN MOVE REALLY WELL IN THE RING AND CAN FEUD WITH ALMOST ANYBODY. HE JUST NEEDS THAT SMALL PUSH INTO THE MAIN EVENT WHILE I THINK IT WILL BE NEAR THE END OF THE YEAR OR EARLY NEXT YEAR. mIZ IS HAVING MORE SUCCESS AT THIS MOMENT IN TIME. HE HAS HAD MORE AIR TIME AND IS REALLY MAKING HIMSELF OVER AS A HEEL. HE HAS A BRIGHT FUTURE AS WELL JUST NOT MAIN EVENT STATUS. HE CAN REALLY WORK A MIC WELL. HE IS ABOVE AVERAGE IN THE RING. THE ONLY THING HOLDING HIM BACK IS CREATIVE AS HE HAS TO PROVE HE BELONGS WITH THEE TOP DOGS. MORRISON HAS ALREADY PROVEN THIS SOMEWHAT AS HE HAS BEATEN PUNK FOR THE ECW BELT. THIS FEUD WILL COME ALIVE AGAIN ON THE BLUE BRAND AND HOPEFULLY SOONER RATHER THEN LATER AS BOTH GUYS WORK REALLY WELL WITH EACH OTHER. AS FAR AS HEEL AND FACE GOES MORRISON MAKES A BETTER HEEL BECAUSE HE IS SO COCKY AND FULL OF HIMSELF. ALTHOUGH I WILL SAY HE IS DOING A NICE JOB AS A FACE AT THE MOMENT AS WELL. LET IT CONTINUE AND WE SHALL JUDGE LATER. mIZ IS A WAY BETTER HEEL BECAUSE HE KNOWS HOW TO WORK A CROWD INTO A FRENZY. WE HAVE YET TO SEE HIM FACE SO WITH THE HEAT HE GETS NOW HE WILL STAY HEEL FOR A LONG TIME.

no one on this entire blog can compare miz to morrison......ability only morrison is great.i have been the one who said when he was with MNM that when he becomes a solo wrestler his career will skyrocket his only downside to me is his mic work he was better on the mic as a heel than a face who didnt enjoy the shaman of sexy and the tuesday night delight......haven't been wrong yet.... now the miz is terrible on the ring well maybe not terrible but as bout as good as John Cena... but his mic work is fantastic....he will definitely be one of the top heels of the company pretty soon...overall in about 1 to 1.5 years they both will be world champs but IM THE MIZ AND IM AWESOME will be what the audience will be chanting pretty soon which might in fact turn him face..lets not all forget mr. kennedy was a heel starting then the crowd turned him face....

Good face? I dunno about that. Make the crowd give a shit, then I'll agree.

I don't love Miz. He's getting better, but he still can't keep that crowd booing for anything.

Miz is infinitely better than Morrison. At least he can get a reaction when he's not doing flip kicks and shit. I know he's in a feud with Cena and Big Show, so Cena and Big Show are carrying the crowd reaction, but you can't give it all to them. Miz is doing something.

First of all, Miz vs. Morrison shouldn't ever be on any "worthy pay per view," unless by "worthy" you mean some bullshit like No Mercy. You would think Benjamin vs. Morrison would teach everyone what the Smark Dream Matches end up being. Shit.

Miz will be the better wrestler. He's not great now, but he'll be better, and better than Morrison. Morrison telegraphs his moves too much. He can't get the crowd to care unless he's flipping and doing jankety cartwheel kicks. Miz can get the crowd to boo him. Which is good, because he's a heel. Morrison can't even get the crowd to cheer, and he's got the perfect moveset for a face. High flying moves and flippy kicks. Just ask Hardy how that goes.

I prefer watching Morrison to be honest. He seems more energetic, more exciting and has better matches. However, I'm in no way saying anything bad about The Miz. While I don't quite understand the comparisons to The Rock, I don't think he'll do badly in the business. I think Morrison will do better simply from his reaction from fans compared to that of The Miz.

To be honest I wouldn't object to these two feuding and they technically have some business to settle after the Miz turned on Morrison the night of the draft. I think this would serve as a solid mid card feud, something which we need at the moment...though with them being on seperate shows this probably wont happen. In terms of who is currently better overall, I would go with Morrison just because I think he is better in the ring and he has something quirky about him which I like. I think Miz has been sort of thrown in at the deep end on RAW, though he seems to be handling it really well.
