Mick will most likely just leave, but they'll want to do a spot where he gets the crap kicked outta him first and then we don't hear from him until he next feels like reappearing. Shame if that's the case because he and JR make a great team, definitely the best of the 3, but then JR doesn't really need anyone else tbh. Vince needs to shut up and let the announcers do their own talking.
