Memorable Double Turns

Off the top of my head, I haven't seen a double turn in a long time. I haven't put too much thought into it, but quite honestly, the last one I remember is Angle/Austin at the end of the Invasion angle. Austin was supposed to be the heel for the Alliance and Angle the face for WWE, but that all changed at the end and the next day on Raw.

The Rock at Survivor Series '98 was becoming a really hot face and Mankind was in between, but still technically part of the corporation. Obviously the screwjob at the end turned both characters around.

Probably the most popular double turn is Hart/Austin WM 13 with Austin leaving the face, not tapping out and walking out on his own and Hart being the heel, getting in cheap shots and backing down on Shamrock.

Are there some of recent memory that I'm forgetting? Also, what are some of your favorites that you remember?

One of the first I remember seeing was Demolition and Powers of Pain at Survivor Series 1988. Demolition were captains of the heel tagteams, and Pain were the captains of the face tag teams.
Fuji pulled the rope with his cane causing Ax to topple out of the ring and get counted out, handing Pain with the victory.

When Fuji then attacked the Demolition guys with his cane that was the cue for the face turn.

Hilariously the crowd didn't realise what was going on.... as Warlord & Barbarian picked Fuji up and dusted his suit, they hoisted him in the air.... and the crowd popped.
Fuji had not turned face however..... it was supposed to show the Powers of Pain turning heel.

Then Ax and Smash appeared from the back for a beatdown... to remind the crowd that they were supposed to be cheering them for turning face! :)

The last major double turn that WWE pulled off was at Payback 2013.

That was the night that Ziggler was wrestling his first match in a few weeks due to a concussion, defending his World Title against Del Rio.

Dolph's refusal to lose forced Del Rio, who came in as the face, to continue targeting Dolph with repeated superkicks to Ziggler's recently concussed head until he got the win and the title back. The crowd turned on Del Rio for his maliciousness while hailing Dolph as a sympathetic figure.

The Dolph/ Del Rio double turn which has already been mentioned is the only recent double turn that I recall, so I'll go for basically the only one that hasn't been said yet; The Flair/Hogan double turn at Uncensored 1999 (WCW).

Flair had just defeated Eric Bischoff for the presidency of WCW despite an NWO interference, which put him in line for a WCW Championship match with Hulk Hogan who was heel at the time. Flair ended up getting screwed by his son, which led to a title rematch between Flair and Hogan in a "First Blood Barbed Wire Steel Cage Match" with the stip that if Flair loses than he loses control of the company.

The ending of this however just shows the weak booking of WCW near the end of their run. Even though Flair was the first one bloodied, he forced the ref to continue the match and ended up pinning Hogan with the referee counting 1-2-3 leading to a Flair heel turn and Hogan face turn... The crowd popped for Flair obviously and were just burnt out on Hogan. A decent feud once again ruined by the idiotic booking of WCW.
