Phoenix

WZCW's First Triple Crown Champion
Lethal Lottery said:
Harrys: Ladies and Gentlemen, it is now time for the Lethal Lottery match!

William Teach comes out through the curtain and starts high fiving some youngsters on his way down.

Garth Black goes rushing out of the curtain with an angry determined look on his face

The crowd erupts into a frenzy with Carmen Bratchny coming out through the curtain at a slow but decent pace

Rafael is instantly clotheslined over the top rope to the floor

Phoenix tosses Baller over the top rope

Big Dave pulls the top rope down, Phoenix’s momentum is too strong and carries him over the lowered top rope and out onto the floor below

Titus and Ty are brawling in the corner as Bratchny breaks up his flurry with Ricky to grab Ty and Irish whip him into the other corner. He collides into Steel and Dave. Ty goes to throw Dave over the top rope but Steel manages to somehow break it up and throw Ty Burna over the top of the rope. Ty is eliminated as Dave grabs Steel and throws him out. Out of no where Titus comes sprinting over and manages to eliminate Dave who is totally caught off guard.

That puts us down to three men: The real world champion Steamboat Ricky, Carmen Bratchny and Titus.

Titus goes to throw Ricky over the top rope but somehow Ricky manages to throw Titus over the top. Titus though grabs the rope and bounces back up as only one foot has touched the floor. He gets back in the ring and throws Ricky over the top. Ricky is eliminated as Bratchny has made his way to his feet without Titus realising. Titus is looking at Ricky on the floor as Bratchny runs to give him a clothesline. Titus notices this and manages to duck the clothesline as Bratchny knocks himself into the ropes as out of nowhere Titus gives a spinning heel kick. Bratchny is knocked over the top of the rope and is eliminated. There's a brief pause as Titus turns round and notices he's the last man in the ring.

He collapses to his knee almost in tears. Titus' theme hits as streamers and confetti fall to the ring. The crowd is immensely loud as Titus is still on his knees.

Harrys: The winner of this match and as a result will face Everest for the WZCW World Heavyweight title at Kingdom Come. Titus!

Titus stands to his feet and begins to applaud the fans, he climbs out the ring and goes along to give the fans hugs and hand shakes.

Cohen: This is a travesty!
Copeland: I can't believe he did it, the crowd love this!

*Pryos go off*

Copeland: The Road to Kingdom Come is finally underway with our Main Event set in stone. Hello again everybody, I'm Sebastian Copeland, alongside Jack Cohen at ringside, here in the windy cidy of Chicago, Illinois

Cohen: Despite the travesty of Titus winning the title shot, I am excited about tonight, we have the EurAsian League starting off tonight with the Elite X League on Ascension. But also we have an epic main event tonight

Copeland: You're right there, Jack. Three of the last six guys from the Lottery face off tonight. Ricky, Bratchny and Ty Burna looking to continue what the Lottery has only just started! Now due to a stipulation that Vance Bateman had, Titus and Everest will be doing their contract signing on Ascension, however we will be looking to catch up with Titus before the night is out!

Cohen: Ah screw Titus, lets get on with the show already!

Harrys: Ladies and gentlemen, it is now time for our first match of the night. It will be contested to one fall and is a champion vs. champion match.

Copeland: A great match to get us started off here, Jacko.

Cohen: Sure is, Seabass. Showtime and Frankie have been on a roll lately and both have captured gold in recent weeks.

Copeland: Well, this is our first match coming off of Lethal Lottery and we are starting off in style. Both men will be looking to score a win over the other champion.

“Ladies and Gentlemen” by Saliva hits as “Showtime” David Cougar comes out through a hole in the screen that covers the entrance. A dim blue light fills the arena as Cougar looks deep into the crowd. After a few seconds, Cougar begins to make his descent down towards the ring.

Harrys: Introducing first, weighing in at 213 pounds from Winnipeg, Canada. He is the WZCW EurAsian Champion… “Showtime” David Cougar!

Copeland: Never a dull moment when Cougar is around, Jack.

Cohen: Well he professes to being the whole damn show and I think that he is right. Some of the biggest moments in the history of WZCW have come because of the Show.

Showtime continues down the ramp as Saliva fills the arena. The crowd boo heavily and a feint chant of Steel can be heard around the groups of people that flank the ramp. Upon reaching the ramp, Show climbs the second turnbuckle and does his signature taunt before dropping into the ring. He takes the EurAsian Championship from around his waist and hands it over to the time keeper.

“In too deep” then fills the arena as Frankie Smith comes out to a poor reception from the crowd. He looks dismayed and shakes his head as the crowd continue to boo at him. Frankie begins to make his way down towards the ring, never taking his eyes off of Showtime as he descends the ramp.

Harrys: And his opponent, weighing in at 238 pounds, from Dublin, Ireland. He is the WZCW Elite X Champion… “The Celtic Destroyer”, Frankie Smith!

Copeland: Not a welcomed reaction for the WZCW Elite X Champion.

Cohen: This won’t faze Frankie, Seabass. He has seen it all before. He looks focused tonight and I’m sure that the crowd reaction won’t have a huge effect on him here tonight.

Frankie continues down the ramp as the crowd continue in their state of disdain. As he reaches the ring, Frankie slides under the bottom rope and into the ring itself. He takes the best from around his waist and hoists it high in the air as he mounts the turnbuckle. He gives it to the timekeeper and then uses the gun symbol with his fingers as he points towards Showtime.

Copeland: Here we go, Jack!

The referee makes his final checks and signals for the bell. Frankie and Showtime take a few seconds to settle in and then lock up in the middle of the ring. Frankie pushes Showtime into the corner and the referee attempts to break the hold. Frankie reluctantly breaks it and Showtime launches a punch his way that catches him off guard. Frankie recoils away and Showtime is quick to capitalise as an opening becomes available. Show mounts the turnbuckle that is behind him and as Frankie turns back around to face his opponent, Show launches himself off of the turnbuckle, landing an elbow from the second rope. Frankie hits the canvas as Showtime attempts a quick pin. The referee is no sooner onto his knees as Frankie kicks out and Showtime continues his assault on the champion.

Show gets to his feet and Frankie is quick to follow. Frankie swings a high punch in the direction of the EurAsian Champion and Showtime quickly ducks under the flailing arm, only to land a few rapid punches of his own. The impact of the strikes drive Frankie backwards as Showtime continues to appear dominant. After a few more shots, Frankie is left in the corner and Show attempts to Irish whip him across the ring. Frankie is still too strong though and reverses the move. He quickly runs after show and lands a devastating running lariat that shakes the EurAsian Champion.

Copeland: A very open match thus far, Jack. How do you see it going from here?

Cohen: I have no idea, Seabass. Both men look up for it tonight.

Frankie picks up the downed Champion and them immediately lands a spinning forearm that causes Show to recoil away. Frankie quickly goes after him though and pushes him against the ropes, following it up with an Irish Whip across the ropes Upon Show returning, Frankie lands a devastating neckbreaker that takes both men to the mat. Frankie takes a second and then covers Show. The referee begins his count. 1… Kick out! Frankie slaps the mat and then covers Show again but this time the count is less than one. Frankie gets to his feet and waits for Show to reciprocate. As Show gets to his feet, using the ropes to help himself up, Frankie runs at him. Show grabs the top rope and uses Frankie’s own momentum to take him over the top.

Show looks on as Frankie crunches to the floor below and smiles widely. Frankie is beginning to get to his feet and as an idea strikes Show. As Frankie struggles to get to his feet, Show runs across the ring, bounces off of the opposite ropes and then, upon returning, throws himself through the middle and the top rope at his opponent, landing a spear flush to the abdomen of Frankie. Both men are down as the Referee begins his ten count from inside the ring. 1…2…3… Show gets to his feet and rolls inside the ring and then back out, breaking the count. He picks up Frankie and attempts to hit his face off of the commentator’s table. Frankie plants his hands on the desk though and stops it. Frankie lands an elbow to Shows face and then follows up by hitting Shows face off the table. Show crumbles to the ground.

Copeland: Come on! We’re trying to work here, God damn it!

Cohen: Oh, come on, Seabass. This match is getting physical and I like it.

Frankie picks up Show and rolls him into the ring. Frankie gets on to the apron and is hit with a volley of boos from the fans. Frankie turns around, whilst on the edge of the apron and smiles at the fans. Show gets to his feet and as Frankie turns to face his opponent, his face and neck is driven onto the top rope by Show. Show gets to his feet and a looks at Frankie again, on the outside. All of a sudden, the arena lights begin to flicker and eventually cut out altogether. After a few seconds, they come on but they are very dimmed. On the stage a deep purple light is shining down on something. Upon closer inspection from Show, it seems to be a coffin. He squints up at it as the lights go off for a second time. This time it is a much more prolonged period that the arena is plunged into darkness for.

When the lights come back on, Show is still in his original position but the casket has been moved from atop the ramp, to the middle of the ring. What’s stranger is that Frankie Smith is nowhere to be seen. Show looks down at where Frankie used to be and looks dismayed as he realises that Frankie is no longer there. His focus then shifts onto the coffin that occupies the ring with him. Show moves slowly but surely towards the casket and with a look of horror upon his face, places his hand on top of it. Summoning all of his courage, Show begins to hesitantly open the coffin. He looks shocked as the contents of the casket are made clear to him alone. After a few seconds, he pulls the EurAsian Championship out of the coffin and reveals it to the crowd. He shares a look with the timekeeper, who looks just as confused as he is. The lights go out once more as a woman’s voice is heard very briefly and as the lights come back on, the casket is gone. Show immediately gets out of the ring and quickly makes his way up the ramp.

Copeland: What a strange turn of events for both of our Champions here tonight, Jack…

Cohen: I told you! Controversy is never far away when Showtime is involved.

Copeland: A frightening event has unfolded here, folks and it looks as though we have been robbed of a classic here.

Copeland: Ladies and Gentleman, I don't know if you saw it but the match we just had ended very strangely, a coffin appeared out of nowhere eventually ending up in the ring and Showtime Cougar's own EurAsian Championship belt somehow ended up in there! One can only assume that it's Lars Reidar making his intentions clear despite being buried alive at the Lottery.

Cohen: But Chuck Myles said it, whoever lost the World Title Match will get a Best of Three series with the EurAsian Champion. That man is Lars and being buried won't even stop him from grabbing some gold, no matter what kind!

Copeland: Well, regardless, we will now finally get the Leagues into full motion, with Blade vs. Sanna to start us off

Cohen: Thing is Jack, Blade has proven that while he can pull off the small victories, when it comes to the big occasions he fails, just like in the Lottery!

Harrys: Ladies and Gentleman, the following contest is an EurAsian League Match, scheduled for one fall!

‘Bliss’ bursts throughout the arena to a massive pop as dark red lights start to flash. Blade walks out on to the stage and looks around the crowd before giving his signature pose and heading down the ramp.

Harrys: Introducing first, from Dublin, Ireland, weighing in at 235 pounds, Blade!

Blade steps up onto the apron, gets into the ring and does his signature taunt again on the turnbuckle as he stands ready for action until a sudden interruption happens with Chuck Myles appearing on the stage.

Myles: Hold it right there. Now while your opponent was going to be Sanna, someone pointed out the reason why he was suspended from the WZCW in the first place. In case you’ve forgotten, and Blade you might like this, here’s why!

Ascension 1 said:
Sanna starts getting angry that Karnage kicked out, he then notices his chains are still on the canvas. He goes over and picks them up, he raises them above his head, the referee doesn’t dare go near him, but as Sanna turns around he’s met with the Early Release. Cover by Karnage 1……2…….3

Harrys: Here is your winner, Karnage!

Copeland: Karnage gets Sanna again. The Early Release certainly isn’t as one time bailout for Karnage!

Cohen: Like you know the system any better than he does, Seabass!

Karnage celebrates on the turnbuckle to a round of cheers from the fans. He climbs over to the opposite turnbuckle and Sanna stands behinds him with the chains and hits Karnage on the back of the head, knocking him back onto the mat. Sanna then wraps the chain around Karnage’s neck and applies the Anaconda Vice, choking out Karnage. The bell rings to get Sanna to cease but he doesn’t, the referees come down and try to pull Sanna off of him, but he’s too tight with the hold.

Cohen: Looks like the madhouse needed to let off some steam!

Copeland: How can you say that? He's choking another man out!

Suddenly "Bliss" by Muse hits the arena and Blade comes running down to the ring, Sanna spots this and releases Karnage and makes for a quick getaway.

Myles: Now while I like a good piece of competition, Vance Bateman was the one who allowed Sanna to return since he originally suspended him, so I’m giving him Sanna to put in a match this week. As for who your opponent is? Well I had a look at who I could exchange for him, and found a competitor who knows how to fight tough, in fact, he’s faced you before and got the victory. Ladies and Gentleman, I give you Sanna’s replacement in the EurAsian League!

‘Ten Thousand Fists’ blares out to a brilliant pop as the words SURVIVOR scream out to the crowd, and Rush emerges with a smile on his face as he does his traditional beating of his chest and grabbing of his right forearm with his left hand and raises it above his head in his signature pose.

Harrys: His opponent, from Windsor, Ontario, Canda, weighing in at 361 pounds, Rush!

Copeland: What a coup by Chuck Myles, and I don’t say that often, Rush is now in the EurAsian League. Which most likely means Sanna will face Matt Royale on Ascension in that King For A Day Qualifier!

Cohen:
Rush is an idiot, trading in a chance to be King For A Day in exchange for a league he will lose? Must be getting on in his old age!

Rush begins to make his way down the ramp to the cheers of the live audience who do his pose in awe of him, he walks around the ring, pointing at Blade before standing in the middle of the apron and poses as the song screams TEN THOUSAND FISTS IN THE AIR in a strobe of camera flashes. He enters the ring and throws his T-shirt out to the fans, he nods at Blade with appearance before getting into a wrestling pose as the referee signals for the bell.

They both start circling around each other as they look for the first advantage, they eventually lock up with Rush getting the power advantage forcing Blade back slightly before releasing of his hands to hit Blade in the fact, he connects for a couple of more times before he Irish Whips Blade and grabs him on the return with a spinebuster. He gets up and picks up Blade only for Blade to twist out of Rush’s grip and with quick enough speed hits a belly to belly suplex on Rush who gets back up promptly and holds on to the ropes for a few seconds to realise how big of a throw that was.

Blade heads over to get behind Rush and tries to get a grip around his waist, but Rush hits a few elbows to get Blade to relinquish the grip before shoving him backwards which sends Blade rolling. Blade comes at Rush again who is quick to turn back around and catch Blade with a powerslam, he gets up and climbs on the second rope of the near turnbuckle, he looks around at the crowd before looking at Blade and hits a legdrop, cover by Rush 1…..2….kickout.

Copeland: Rush is making his impact felt so far, I wonder what the other League members will make of this?

Cohen: That they hope they’re not going to be victims of obesity!

Copeland: But Rush isn’t even obese Jack!

Rush is up first onto his feet and grabs Blade’s hair to get him up again, he looks for a moment before lifting up over his shoulders in a military press, he gives Blade an extra lift before looking to slam him but Blade jumps out of the predicament and goes for a quick enziguri to try and get Rush down, but he staggers on his feet. Blade is surprised at this and then hits a DDT on Rush, taking down the big man for the first time properly in this match.

Blade stands behind Rush who slowly staggers to his feet, he grabs around the waist again and hits a German suplex, he goes for the cover 1…..2… Rush rolls off of his shoulders but Blade keeps hold on the waist lock and goes for a second German suplex with another cover 1……2… Rush kicks out again and the hold is released. Both men get back up on their feet with Blade getting up first and hitting an Uppercut on Rush, he Irish whips him but is reversed by Rush and hits a big boot on the return.

Cohen: While I may don’t like the idea either men could win this, it’s definitely going Rush’s way

Copeland: Blade will no doubt have a few tricks up his sleeve though

Rush gets Blade up and stands him next to his right side looking for the sidewalk slam, he goes to pick it up but it’s reversed into a Blade Runner out of nowhere.

Blade gets onto his feet first and signals for the end, he gets Rush up and looks to go for the Halo on his opponent. He sets it up only Rush counters it and kicks him in the abs. He then puts Blade between his legs and lifts him going for the Rushing Powerbomb, it connects and there is a cover by Rush 1…..2…..3

Harrys: Here is your winner, Rush!

Copeland: Rush officially takes the first point in the road to the EurAsian Championship, despite only being officially in this contest a number of minutes ago!

Cohen: This is a fix, that is Sanna’s place and Sanna’s rightful win right there. Hopefully this is just the only injustice done in this league!

Rush gets his hands raised in the air and he celebrates around the ring. He waits for Blade to get back up and shakes his hand. Blade leaves the ring with a disappointed look on his face as he heads up the ramp while Rush continues to celebrate with the crowd.

Copeland: Well Ladies and Gentleman, the EurAsian League will continue later tonight. But up next is the Tag Tournament to determine Teach n' Kurtesy's challengers at Kingdom Come, we'll be right back!

Harrys: Ladies and gentlemen, it is not time for the first match of the tag team tournament. It will be contested to one fall and the winners will progress to the next round.

Copeland: A great match is up ahead, Jack. We have a very talented and storied tag team, taking on a team of promising young athletes. Surely, working as a team will be integral in achieving success here tonight?

Cohen: You think? It is a tag team match after all.

“Slither” by Velvet Revolver hits as William Teach appears on top of the stage. After a few seconds he makes his way down the ramp, looking intent as he does so.

Harrys: Introducing first, your referee for this contest, “The Platinum” William Teach!

Copeland: Here is a man who likes to shoot his mouth off, Jack. Do you think that he will have cruel intentions tonight?

Cohen: I hope so. If he was smart, he would try everything in his power to put the rookies through… It makes for an easier match in the future.

Teach continues his walk as he solemnly makes his way to the ring. As he approaches, he looks left to right and then slides under the bottom rope and into the ring. He checks the turnbuckles’ and pulls on the ropes, ensuring that everything is OK.

“East Jesus Nowhere” hits and after a few moments, Garth Black and Phoenix appear on the stage. They pose for a few pictures in their tradition style as the crowd cheer for the former tag-team Champions. After a few seconds, they begin to descend the ramp.

Harrys: Introducing first, weighing in at a combined weight of 381 pounds, Garth Black and Phoenix... The Second Coming!

Copeland: Both of these men will be itching to get their hands back on the gold after losing it to Steven Kurtesy and William Teach, Jack. How do you think they will do tonight?

Cohen: Second Coming are jokes, Seabass. They get the pity vote from FHD and they take the titles, only to lose it weeks later to a rookie team. How did they even win them again?

Copeland: As I recall, they won the belts in one of the most barbaric and terrific matches WZCW has ever seen.

Second Coming continues down the ramp as a volley of cheers spurs them on. As they approach the ring, they stop to discuss their plans for a second and then slide under the bottom ropes and onto the turnbuckles, allowing people to take more pictures. Teach goes over to them and gives some harsh words.

“Down With The Sickness” hits as Corey Payne and Byakko come out onto the stage. Both men look intense and they are staring down their opponents with fierce precision. Payne gives Byakko a slap on the shoulder and both men begin to move down the ramp.

Harrys: Introducing their opponents, with a combined weight of 448 pounds, Corey Payne and Byakko!

Copeland: Corey Payne has been on fire since coming to WZCW and tonight he has a great opportunity to get one step closer to gold.

Cohen: He’s been average at best, Seabass. He only wins by using illegal moves that could seriously hurt our athletes. Tonight, he and Byakko will be put in their places.

Both men continue down the ramp as an expectant cheer fills the arena. Upon arriving at the ring, both men give a look to the other and then slide through the bottom rope. They mount the turnbuckle as the fans cheer loudly. Teach signals for the bell as Corey Payne and Garth Black go to the outside of the ring, letting Byakko and Phoenix start things out.

Phoenix immediately runs at Byakko and takes him to the ground with a tackle. Both men struggle on the canvas as they both look to find the early advantage. Teach surveys the action and puts on his best refereeing face as Phoenix gets the better of Byakko, putting in a headlock on his opponent. Byakko powers out and both men revert to the standing position. Byakko runs at Phoenix, who is standing in his corner and quickly moves out of the way as Byakko launches himself at Phoenix. Byakko collides with the turnbuckle and takes himself out of the action as Phoenix and Black go to work. Phoenix stomps the torso and head of Byakko and then tags in Black. Black enters the ring and both men take turns of holding Byakko as the other lays in punches.

Teach, eventually having enough intervenes and tells Phoenix to get out of the ring. Phoenix obliges and steps outside. Black picks up the fallen Byakko and puts him in the corner once again. Laying a few punches to the gut, Black pulls Byakko out of the corner and plants him with a DDT that takes him to the canvas. Black gets to his feet and tags in Phoenix again. Black mounts the turnbuckle and waits for Phoenix to pick up Byakko before launching himself at his opponent with a missile dropkick. Black goes out of the ring as Phoenix continues the assault. He picks up Byakko once more and then plants him with a devastating step up enziguiri.

Cohen: See! What did I tell you, Seabass! Second coming are decimating them.

Copeland: It’s undeniable, Jack. Second coming are working cohesively as a team and that could mean big trouble for their opponents.

Corey Payne is reaching out towards Byakko as he attempts to get himself into the ring. Byakko is strewn out though and is in no shape to tag right now. Payne starts clapping rhythmically and the crowd reciprocate as he tries to get the crowd behind his partner. Phoenix is doing a great job of cutting off one half of the ring though and hits a spinning heel kick that is quickly followed up with a fisherman’s Suplex that is bridged into a pin. Teach falls to the canvas and begins to count. 1…2… Kick out! Payne lets out a motion of relief as his partner keeps the match alive. Phoenix tags in Black once more as both men plan a double assault on their opponents. Black comes in and both men perform a dropkick that sends Byakko flying across the ring due to the impact. Phoenix goes back to the outside as Garth continues the brutal one sided beating.

Garth picks up Byakko once more as he looks to inflict more damage. Black goes for a roundhouse kick but Byakko ducks under it and lands a yakuza kick that signals the first moment of offence for Byakko. Payne starts his clap once again as Byakko begins to crawl across the ring. Payne is stretching his arm as far as he can to meet Byakko. Suddenly, Phoenix comes from behind Byakko and grabs his ankle. Byakko struggles to his feet and lands an enziguiri of his own that sends Phoenix crashing to the canvas Wit one final stretch, Byakko tags in Payne, who comes in swinging. He takes Black down with a lariat and then does the same to the oncoming Phoenix. Black gets back to his feet and is immediately planted by Payne, who hits an elevated sideslam. Payne gets up again, just in time to meet Phoenix with a belly to belly Suplex. Phoenix rolls out of the ring and as Black gets to his feet, Payne plants him with a Superman punch. Payne covers Black. 1…2… Kick out!

Copeland: Wow! Payne is rolling!

Cohen: Ugh!

Byakko seems to have had a resurgence of health and is calling for the tag. Payne hesitantly tags him in and Byakko launches himself off of the top rope at Black and lands a corkscrew moonsault that connects well with his opponent. Payne goes to the apron and Phoenix takes this opportunity to pull his legs from under him, causing his face to collide with the side of the ring. Phoenix picks up Payne and tosses him into the protective barrier. Meanwhile Byakko picks up Black and is looking to perform the Tiger Knee. Black manages to dodge it though and plants Byakko with the Black Death. He covers Byakko as Teach counts the fall. 1…2…3. Payne looks absolutely distraught as he is half-way into the ring in a vein attempt to break the count.

Copeland: I don’t believe it! The Second Coming have stole one here. Payne was on a roll and you can’t help but feel that they deserved slightly more.

Cohen: They got what they deserved, Seabass. They lost fair and square.

Harrys: Here are your winners… The team of Garth Black and Phoenix, The Second Coming!

William Teach remains inside the ring as his head contemplates the quick finish of the match that he has just witnessed. All of a sudden, he drops his pants and moons the crowd before leaving the ring.

-------------------------
We cut backstage to Titus who's with Becky Serra in front of a Meltdown logo, there is a large pop going for him

Becky: Standing with me at this time is Lethal Lottery Winner, Titus! Now Titus, you have overcome one challenge at the Lottery, but as you have experienced, Everest is an even bigger challenge to overcome. With the contract signing taking place on Ascension, do you have any early words for the World Champion?

She holds the microphone up to Titus' lips, he's smiling but doesn't say anything for a number of seconds

Titus: Everest, much like Kilimanjaro, can be conquered, but I will save my words for him tomorrow night, which I know is a suprise from me. But I've overcame a pack of wolves, 16 wrestlers and the rWo to get this shot. Nothing's going to stop me now, especially given I eliminate that whole joke of a faction with my own bare hands. Now I can tell Ricky who has had, the last laugh...

Titus walks away.

Harrys: Ladies and Gentleman, the following contest is an EurAsian League Match, scheduled for one fall!

The bass of 'When I'm Ere' can be heard throughout the arena as Scott Hammond appears from behind the curtain. He stands at the top of the rampway for a moment and gives out a disapproving stare to the crowd. He quickly raises his right hand in the air before he slowly heads down to the ring, keeping his eyes fixated on it.

Harrys: Introducing first, from London, England, weighing in at 275 pounds, he is The English Engima, Scott Hammond!

Copeland: Scott Hammond will look to join Rush in gaining the first round of points in the EurAsian League. No doubt he will look to make his return to challenging Cougar after coming so close at the Lottery.

Cohen: But even so, he’s got an evenly matched opponent, either of them will do great enough to win the EurAsian Championship at Kingdom Come.

Hammond slides into the ring and ascends the turnbuckle. He takes off his jacket, hurling abuse at the crowd before stepping down with the music going silent as he stands waiting for his opponent

The boos get heavier as Big Dave heads out onto the stage in his hoodie, he pulls the hood down and points at Hammond with a strong stare.

Harrys: His opponent, also from London, England, weighing in at 268 pounds, representing the rWo, Big Dave!

Copeland: We’re moments, even seconds away from what is to be a great encounter between these two.

Cohen: Interestingly, I was doing some research and in the UK, when they have soccer teams from the same area face off, it’s called a Derby. So for the first time in WZCW history, we will have a London Derby here!

Dave still stands at the top of the stage before eventually heading down the ramp, he takes his hoodie off as Scott Hammond tries to intercept Dave’s entrance into the ring but Dave refuses to go in until the ref gets Hammond again from him. The ref gets him back and climbs onto the apron and quickly up the turnbuckle to pose to the crowd’s boos. Scott Hammond shoves the ref to one side as he goes to take out Big Dave while on the turnbuckle but Dave turns to face Hammond and points at him to stay back. He climbs down as the referee sounds for the bell as the two stand in the middle of the ring, rubbing heads against each other. Hammond then shoves Dave back before they lock up properly as both try to find a headlock on each other but both are quick to the counter. Dave then gets Hammond on the ropes and shoves him away with full momentum, he goes for the enziguri early but Hammond catches and swings Dave around who hits a Dragon Whip on the return which makes Hammond stagger back a few steps, Dave goes for a fast attack but is taken down by a clothesline from Hammond.

Hammond hits a few stomps on Dave before allowing him to get back on his feet, he waits for Dave to turn around and hits a T-Bone suplex to take Dave down, Hammond goes for the quick cover 1….2.kickout by Dave. Hammond gets up and grabs Dave by the head, he locks in another suplex move and tries to flip Dave over his head but it’s blocked at every time and is eventually countered with Dave’s own snap suplex. Dave is back up and drags Hammond to a corner, he then walks to the opposite side and stands waiting for Hammond to stir up and use the corner to help him up. Dave gets himself poised and ready, he starts running and hits a dropkick on Hammond’s back which winds him against the turnbuckle. Dave then rolls Hammond up with a school boy and puts his feet on the ropes without the referee noticing, 1…..2…kickout, Dave can’t believe it and starts looking frustrated. He looks at the ref disapprovingly but doesn’t argue with him.

Copeland: You can see the frustration building, you know he wants to win this, as does Hammond.

Cohen: With both men being dangerous as each other you can’t waste time with the referee, no matter how poor his counting is

Dave is back on his feet and walks to near the ropes but Hammond is back up beforehand, Dave turns around as Hammond goes to run at him and tries to hit a big boot but Hammond catches him and throws another T-Bone which knocks some wind out of Dave. Hammond then picks up Dave and throws him up in the air in a Military Press hold, he heads over to the ropes and goes to throw him over but Dave grabs hold as it’s done and he ends up on the apron, he hits a right on Hammond who responds with his own which takes Dave to the mat outside. The ref starts giving a ten count as Dave is one the outside while Hammond stands waiting. By the time the count is up to 6, Dave is back on his feet and looks to climb in but Hammond stands near so Dave cant, 7 he then gives Hammond a right and drags him by his legs under the rope so the ref has to restart the count.

Dave then drags Hammond over to the announce table and slams his head against it, he turns around and looks at the steel steps, he goes for the Irish whip but Hammond counters and slams Dave into the steps with full speed. The refs count is up to 4 as Hammond looks at the ring and then at Dave. He picks him up with another military press and shoves him into the ring and climbs in after. Hammond looks carefully at Dave and decides to pick him up and places him on his shoulders to look for ‘London’s Calling’ he swings Dave over his shoulders but it’s countered into a DDT with both men out.

Copeland: Dave’s experience with that move helped him to get out of that predicament!

Cohen: Still looks original to me!

After the referee gives an 8 count, both men are on their feet, Hammond somehow got up first and looks to go at Dave who grabs him in the Checking Out hold, he takes a few moments and Hammond hits his own and locks on the Anaconda Vice on his opponent. Dave screams in agony as the hold is tough one to break out of, Hammond looks possessed as he squeezes the lock tightly on Dave’s head and shoulders, cutting out the air supply, the ref looks to check on Dave, he goes to raise his arm for the drop but he notices Dave’s foot is under the bottom rope and forces Hammond to break the hold. Hammond gets frustrated and starts arguing with the referee, telling him to count Dave out, he then shoves the referee who shoves him back and tells him to back off, during this Dave slowly regains composure and uses the ropes to help himself to his feet.

Hammond looks over his shoulder at Dave before resuming his argument with the referee, he turns around and Dave suddenly rushes off the ropes and hits a spear, cover 1…..2….kickout, Dave holds his head in frustration with that not being enough to keep Hammond down. He signals for the end and grabs Hammond up and holds him in the Checking Out hold again, Hammond counters and tries to lock a Full Nelson Hold in but Dave counters and lifts Hammond on top of his shoulders and hits the Stamp of Authority and goes for the cover 1…..2…..3.

Harrys: Here is your winner, Big Dave!

Copeland:
What a match by the two Englishmen! No doubt they will have their future opponents watching in fear but Dave takes the first point here but I wouldn’t count Hammond out of this just yet.

Cohen: Too right there Seabass. In the end, it was the referee who the literal difference and he cost Hammond the match there. While I like both of these guys, the referee should have remained impartial!

Copeland: I’d like to see you officiate a match with those there Jack!

Cohen:
No way Seabass, can you imagine having to tell these guys no?!

Big Dave rolls slowly out of the ring and raises his arm in the air with a smile on his face. Hammond has come too and realised that he’s lost, he looks frustrated and sees the referee there and shoves him over and kicks him in the back of the head. Hammond then looks to see Dave at the top of the ramp who taunts Hammond by pointing at his temple and at his opponent. Hammond holds onto the ropes in frustration as Dave leaves through the curtain.

Copeland: Well the two EurAsian League matches have shown that the men Chuck Myles chose to be quite some picks. Now we’re going to see his fifth pick take on one of Bateman’s in a special two pointer match.

Cohen: Does this mean I should get more excited? I didn’t think so either!

Harrys: The following contest is a League Two Pointer Match, scheduled for one fall!

“Enya Stomp” plays as Chris Beckford appear at the top of the stage, he spreads his arms out as he bolts down to the ring and slides in. He’s quickly on his feet again before jumping onto the bottom left turnbuckle. He spreads his arms again and does a backflip off of it.

Harrys: Introducing first, representing the EurAsian League, from Leeds, England, weighing in at 226 pounds, Chris Beckford!

Copeland: Well Chris Beckford has been on quite a run since debuting in the WZCW and he’s only just about to have his first singles match now. One of which is most important when it comes to earning the EurAsian Title shot at Kingdom Come.

Cohen: I think it’s all overhype here. Especially given who his Elite X opponent is!

“Monster” takes over the soundwaves to a series of boos as Karnage makes his appearance on the stage before he makes his way down the ramp. As Karnage reaches the ring, he stares at this opponent for a few moments before sliding under the ropes and standing at the turnbuckle.

Harrys: His opponent, representing the Elite X League, from Scotland in the United Kingdom, weighing in at 287 pounds, Criminal Karnage!

Cohen: Now you understand why, Seabass!

Copeland: Karnage, a man who didn’t make it into the Lottery thanks to Blade who was in earlier competition tonight. I’m positive he was pleased with Blade not winning this evening.

Cohen: Will you please forget about this Blade/Karnage thing and call what is happening now?!

The bell signals as Karnage slaps his shoulders and gets in a poised position, staring at Beckford who uncomfortably tries to look back into the gaze until Karnage runs at him going for spear but Beckford hits a drop-toe-hold to take Karnage off of his feet. Beckford runs at the ropes while Karnage gets back on his feet and is soon off them again with a hurricanrana from Beckford. He quickly climbs the turnbuckle to the cheer of some fans but Karnage rolls out to the ringside with a series of boos. Karnage holds his head and turns around to find Beckford now standing on the apron and goes for a dropkick to take Karnage down as the referee starts his countout with them both outside.

Beckford slides back into the ring as Karnage uses the barrier to assist getting himself up, he uses the ring steps to climb up to the apron as Beckford stands waiting but then goes for another dropkick but Karnage drops down and Beckford ends up strung up in the corner from missing his attack. Karnage quickly slides back in and starts kicking Beckford in the abs before forcing his foot on the neck until the referee counts up to 4 otherwise Karnage would be disqualified. The referee tries to help Beckford down but Karnage runs at him with a spear against the turnbuckle, while holding onto the ropes he rams his shoulders into Beckford’s abs again. He then stands up with Beckford on his shoulders in a pumphandle position but Beckford wriggles out of it and jumps off of Karnage’s shoulders with a reverse DDT onto his head.

Copeland: Pretty evenly matched between these two

Cohen: Despite the fact that Karnage is dominating him!

Beckford uses the ropes to get himself back up while holding his abs as Karnage is up at the same time. Beckford stands tall in the corner despite the pain, he takes a deep breath and runs at Karnage who quickly catches him with the spinebuster. He then gets up and starts stomping on Beckford’s stomach again who holds tight in agony, the ref checks on him asking if he wants to quit but Beckford shouts “No!” until Karnage shoves the referee await and locks Beckford in the sharpshooter who feels agonising pain given the earlier damage. Karnage keeps the legs held tight despite Beckford trying to crawl to the ropes, he refuses to quit but the pain is too hard to handle. He keeps reaching towards the ropes but they still look far away. With one last breath he gives a huge reach and grabs the ropes with the referee demanding Karnage to release the hold and does so before the ref disqualifies him.

Karnage then eyes up the chance to finish Beckford off who struggles to slowly get up in the corner, Karnage stands poised and waiting, he is ready to give either a spear or the Early Release and Beckford doesn’t see it coming. Beckford is about to turn around and Karnage is ready to explode out of the opposite corner, he starts running at Beckford who suddenly drops down and Karnage headbutts the turnbuckle and knocks himself silly. Beckford uses the chance to hit a few rights and then shoves Karnage to the floor as he lays on his back. Beckford slowly climbs the turnbuckle despite the pain. He reaches it and measures the distance, he goes for the Cross County and it connects, but he holds his abs in pain and rolls off of Karnage who’s still down.

Copeland: Come on Chris, pin him! You can do it!

Cohen: So much for impartial commentary!

Beckford slowly crawls over to Karnage and just gets a hand on his chest, 1……2….kickout. Both men are still down but Karnage is stirring up and Beckford uses the ropes again to help himself up. When they both finally reach their feet they slowly walk to each other and Beckford kicks Karnage in the abs and looks for the Cross Drop but Karnage powers out of it, kicks him in the already injured abs of Beckford in response and hits the Solitary Confinement. Cover by Karnage 1…..2…..3.

Harrys: Here is your winner, Karnage!

Copeland: Chris Beckford tried, but the injured abs were his achilles heel and Karnage takes the vital two points to establish his lead in the Elite X League.

Cohen: A victory for Bateman here, I don’t want to be in Chuck Myles’ office right now.

Copeland:
But you can’t fault Beckford on his first outing, he can definitely do well in the league, it’s just the Elite X competitors look tough.

Cohen: That was an easy outing for Beckford, he has no chance whatsoever against the EurAsian guys, you said yourself!

Copeland:
Regardless of whatever is being made up, we still got our main event next, it’s a triple threat match that might not be as planned, what with Ricky’s shaving injury situation that occurred between the Lottery and Meltdown.

Cohen:He’ll be here and he’ll leave with a win tonight, like he should have had at the Lottery!

Cuts to backstage with Ricky walking through the hallway

Cohen: Told you, Seabass!

Harrys: The following contest is a triple threat match scheduled for one fall!

Ricky makes his way to the entrance ramp wearing his rWo Championship Belt to a loud chorus of boos. He looks out at the crowd with a dissatisfied look as he makes his way down to the ring. He enters the ring and holds rWo title up and mocks the crowd.

Harrys: Introducing first, from Tortuga, he stands 6’5” and weighs 260 lbs, Steamboat Ricky!

“Blackened The Sun” by Tech N9ne hits the PA system and the lights dim as Ty Burna makes his way out to the entrance ramp alone. He stares down at the ring for a moment and makes his slow walk down the ramp. Upon entering the ring he sets his Ouija Scroll down and takes off his vest.

Harrys: And his first opponent, from Parts Unknown, he stands 6’3” and weighs 235 lbs, Ty Burna!

“Wanna Be Loved” by Papa Roach starts as Carmen Bratchny and Karen McKenzie make their way out to the entrance ramp. The crowd begins cheering loudly as Carmen races down the ramp and around the ring high fiving fans before entering the ring and posing for the crowd.

Harrys: Finally, from Moscow, Russia, he stands 6’3” and weighs 230 lbs., Carmen Bratchny!

Copeland: These three men were part of the final six at Lethal Lottery. Ricky and especially Bratchny came close to earning the coveted spot in the Lethal Lottery.

Cohen: Bratchny’s run in the Lethal Lottery was impressive, but in a standard match against the likes of Ricky and Ty, he doesn’t have a shot. You don’t win by throwing someone over the top.

The ref signals for the bell and the three men stare each other down. Ricky and Ty suddenly both attack Bratchny with punches as Ricky takes the lead, forcing Bratchny into the corner with rights and lefts. He whips Bratchny towards Ty, which clotheslines him to the ground. Ty backs up and hits his running knee drop right across the face of Bratchny. Ty pulls Bratchny up and kicks him in the midsection and then whipping him across to Ricky, who catches him with a belly to belly overhead suplex.

Copeland: What kind of triple threat match is this? It’s a handicap match for all intents and purposes.

Cohen: Smart thinking by Ty and Ricky, take out Carmen and then duel it out yourselves for the victory. It’s
called strategy Seabass, something you would know nothing about.

Ricky immediately goes for the cover on Bratchny, only for Ty to break it up. Ricky gets to his feet and gets right in the face of Ty. They stare each other down in the center of the ring as Bratchny rolls outside the ring. Ty and Ricky begin trash talking each other and eventually Ricky pushes Ty. Ty comes back and shoves Ricky into the ropes. Ricky bounces off and goes for a clothesline, but Ty ducks. Meanwhile Bratchny slowly gets up onto the apron as Ty hits a bicycle kick on Ricky, sending him backwards to the ropes again. He goes flying over the top rope as Bratchny pulls it down from under him. Ricky lands shoulder and neck first onto the outside padding. He lies limp on the outside as Bratchny looks down at him.

Copeland: Oh my God, Cohen that doesn’t look good. I think Ricky’s hurt.

Cohen: Get medical staff out here immediately! And disqualify that Communist bastard! He tried seriously hurting Ricky on purpose!

As WZCW doctors run to the ringside area, Bratchny turns around only to get met with a fist from Ty. Ty hooks Bratchny and suplexes him back into the ring. Ty stands and stares down at Carmen and a sadistic smile forms on his face. He drags Bratchny up and whips him into the corner, following up with a big time splash. Bratchny stumbles out of the corner and Ty lifts him up for a Spinebuster, but Carmen counters by locking in “The Final Séance”!

Cohen: No! Bratchny is stealing Ty’s own submission now. He can’t do anything without cheating or stealing.

Copeland: He’s got it locked in tight. This would be a huge embarrassment for Ty if he loses to his own submission.

Ty struggles within the triangle choke but is able to reach out and grab the ropes to break the submission. At ringside doctors are able to help Ricky to his feet and begin escorting him to the back. As the pass the ring, Bratchny looks at Ricky and waves him goodbye. Ricky stares up at Bratchny and points at him, mouthing the words You’ll pay. Bratchny turns around and dodges a sudden clothesline attempt from Ty. Ty bounces off the ropes and Bratchny counters with a Lou Thesz press and begins punching away at Ty. He drags Ty to his feet and lifts him up, hitting a sidewalk slam. He goes for the cover and gets a two count.

Copeland: It looks like this triple threat has broken down to a one on one match Cohen. Ricky looks to have possibly injured his neck or shoulder.

Cohen: This is Ty’s match now. He has to put this Russian idiot down for good.

Bratchny makes it to his feet and poses for the crowd. He moves out to the apron and signals for his Springboard DDT. As Ty makes it to his feet, Bratchny launches off the ropes, but Ty counters with a huge Sitout Spinebuster, bouncing Bratchny’s head off the mat. Ty drags Bratchny to his feet and sends him into the ropes, dropping the rebounding Bratchny with a Reverse STO. Ty gets up and signals for the Ouija Flame. Bratchny stumbles to his feet and Ty lifts him up. Suddenly a video begins playing on the tron. Ty turns to the Tron and drops Bratchny as he watches.

The video shows Serafina standing in a darkened area backstage. She appears to be talking to someone in the shadows and she begins laughing and smiling. She leans forward and appears to give someone a kiss before the video cuts out.

By this time Ty is standing at the end of the ring, his face twisting in anger. He lets out a feral roar as he grabs his hair. At this time Bratchny has made his way to the apron and as Ty turns back around, he leaps off the top rope and drops Ty with his “From Russia With Love” Finisher. He covers Ty and gets the three count!

Harrys: Here is your winner, Carmen Bratchny!

Cohen: Ty got screwed, he had Bratchny right where he wanted him. Who decided to play that video?

Copeland: A win is a win Cohen, and Bratchny picked up a big win over a tough opponent. More importantly I hope Ricky isn’t severely injured in that crash earlier in the match.

Bratchny gets to his feet and the ref raises his hand as the crowd erupts in cheers. Bratchny walks over to the corner and jumps up to the 2nd turnbuckle. He poses for the crowd as they cheer him on.

Copeland: We’re out of time…..wait, I’m getting word we have a situation backstage.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

We cut backstage in the parking lot area where a group of wrestlers and staff have gathered. The camera moves in to reveal Titus lying on the ground next to a parked car, the windshield shattered and glass lying everywhere. Chuck Myles comes running up to the scene.

Myles: What happened here?

Trevor Steel: Titus was attacked and two people ran off down the street before we could get a look at them.

Myles: I know who did this, it was that damned rWo. I can’t have them running around attacking my talent, especially the number one contender to the WZCW title. Heads will roll for this I promise. Starting immediately,
Ricky is suspended until further notice.

Steel and the other wrestlers look on as Titus is slowly moved onto a stretcher and loaded into the back of an ambulance as Meltdown goes off the air.
