WCW was in Myrtle Beach while I was on vacation dopwn there, and we went to Mother Fletcher's. Walked in and there was the Total Package Lex Luger. We were all a little drunk, so I walked up to him and said, "So, do they call you Mister Package?" He laughed, shook our hands, and spoke to us for about 10 minutes. Cool dude.
Recently met Ricky Morton, Bobby Eaton, BabyDoll, and Greg the Hammer Valentine at a indy show. Ricky was cool and fun, as was Bobby Eaton, and they both took pictures with me. Baby Doll took a picture with me and gave the 4 Horseman gesture.
Greg Valentine took a picture with me, but he just didn't seem like a happy guy. He was nice enough to me, and I told him I had been watching him for over 30 years, he gruffly said "Then you're an old bastard like me" and laughed. I shook his hand and thanked him, because I had watched him so long, he thanked me back. He just seemed real tired, and it kinda made me feel bad that he was still out there doing this stuff. I hope he is doing it because he wants to, and not because he has to just to survive.
