So my mom is a country music fan and also a big fan of The Voice. Her favorite judge on the show is Blake Shelton as she has a crush on him. There's an actor named Blake Sheldon (notice the spelling difference) who is going to be on a TV show this fall, so I thought I'd have some fun with Mama KB. I said "Blake Sheldon won't be on The Voice this year because he's signed on to a new TV show." My mother didn't catch the wordplay and began to sweat and said she was about to cry. A few years ago I was diagnosed with skin cancer and neither of those things happened. I'm not sure how to take this.
